I've never had fireball in a mixed drink, only by the shot. But now you got me thinking. I just found fireball at costco liquor store here in Ct for about 25% less than most other stores.

Good idea about bringing the decorations on. She is in her own cabin next door but most likely we will have the same steward. Since her birthday falls on Nassau day, they would have plenty of time to decorate.

We are going to a specialty restaurant for a later dinner that night. If we get the Carlos cake, would they serve it for us in the restaurant?

My daughter will be celebrating her 21st bday on our upcoming Breakaway cruise. I am torn between the cabin decorations and cake and a cake from Carlos.

What options do they have for bday cakes? She is partial to carrot cake.

Maybe I missed a thread on this. I was checking NCLs site today to see if any cabins opened up for our 3/16 cruise and noticed another option for BA. It shows as a 7 day, Tue to Tue, cruise on BA beginning in PC.

They must be using this as another way to fill the ship? Not sure how many southerners would want to cruise to NY in March, though. :-)

Our first NCL cruise, we usually prefer aft balconies for the extra size but we booked last minute and they were sold out.

Based on the size of the regular balcony, we went with the B6.

Toyed with the M6 but the price difference was too much to rationalize.

I will try to remember to share pictures when we return.

Can we book the Atlantis Swim directly with Atlantis? Its quite a bit less than thru NCL.

I went on Atlantis's site and it looks like they offer "day guests" to book online.

Also, is there an observer area? My DD wants to do this but her parents and cousin do not. Can we watch or be allowed in the Cay area?

Can you book this directly with Atlantis or is it like Blue Lagoon and they are contracted with the CLs for exclusivity. It seems to be about $75 cheaper if booked directly (not counting cost of taxi, etc).

My TA also pre pays the tips. Does that follow the same logic as the OBC? Would we not see that until a week or so before sailing?
