Even when I cruised solo I got a table by myself except on formal night. I met a girl and her mother who asked me to sit with them. I am just to uncomfortable around strangers. Dh is more outgoing and talks to everyone. I am just happy with being by myself and my kindle.:o

Hurry up and go so we can get started:p.

My son lost his DL in the Mississippi when he was boating. They issued him a temporary and he used the temporary along with his BC at the port of new Orleans without a problem. But in Iowa our picture is on the temporary DL. Good luck. Maybe she can get a state ID.

This is the first large organization that I've heard that has donated. I'm hoping to hear about more. There were so many that stepped up for Haiti. The city that has experienced 10K casualties is my family's hometown and where I was born.

ACTUALLY, Alcohol usually has the opposite affect on most Diabetics and will tend to lower your blood sugar. Please make sure you have a snack when drinking and monitor your blood sugar closely. ESPECIALLY BEFORE BED:\\

Finding a snack should not be a problem :p

AS for bringing your mixes I don't see why they would not let you make sure you show them there is not any alcohol in them. Have a great cruise and don't forget to pack your glucose monitor;)

What did you order at jiji's? Trying to decide if we should go or not. We probably will but the food is different then what we are used to.:o

I think the Hot Chocolate is one of the best kept secrets on the ship. EXCELLENT, and always available! I don't know what brand it is, but I always just figured it was because it's "whipped" before it is dispensed into the cup. Whatever it is, it's absolutely superior! :cool:

Cruised solo on the magic inaugural and was very uncomfortable the first day. Calvin rescued me and made me get involved and really made my cruise. He definitely knows how to watch the crowd and take care of things. I would really love to cruise with him again.

We are doing the 6 and 8 day in September. We haven't done a b2b in Miami but in new Orleans we had to meet at a specified spot at 10 or 10:30. They take the group through customs and you get your new s&s card and go back right back on. Most ships give you a fruit basket and bottle of wine for the second cruise. The only time we didn't get one was on the ecstscy but that was a 4 and 5 day b2b.

Never been on the legend or this class. I need help booking a balcony. The aft wraps are all suites and to expensive. Would I be better with a normal balcony like 4218 or would an aft extended balcony be better for the canal:confused: anyone:confused:
