Happen to know Sucel's last name?? And who will be the alternating concierge with Silvia on the Splendour?(Gustavo or Telma)

Sorry Kathy, I don't. All I know is that Silvia will be there until after the transatlantic crossing and then should go on vacation

Silvia will be moving from the Adventure to the Splendour mid-March. Sucel has been promoted to Concierge and will take over on her return from vacation

Sailed on her twice last year after the refurb and never experienced any problem

Currently on Adventure - Captain Ron says he will start his vacation on 6th January

Kathy, just had an e-mail from the Adventure for our 3 November cruise - Concierge is Sucel Nikcings

It's been moved up into one side of the Viking Crown area. If it's similar to Rhapsody, which we experienced back in June, it is separated from Viking Crown by a partition with openings at the top and bottom. Unfortunately, this allows smoke from the smoking area of Viking Crown to migrate into the CL.

The top is open on the Grandeur - didn't experience any problem with smoking but in the evening the cooking smell from the Asian restaurant, Izumi, drifts over occasionally

Just wondering what Francois Roux on Serenade was like.....not sailing on Serenade till next year but would like to hear opinions.

On the Grandeur, Fernando will move to take over Raj's position as Suite Concierge in approx 2 weeks until he goes on vacation in October. Not sure who's going to replace him in the Diamond Lounge

Fernando has been doing a great job in the lounge on Adventure for the last 3 weeks, he has one more week before he goes on vacation and Reshma returns on 19th Feb

Any news regarding the current concierge for Adventure?

Reshma is on vacation at the moment and a lady called Dina (from guest relations) is standing in.
