When do you find out what restaurant they picked? We chose night 2. Do you find out when you board and approach a restaurant reservation desk? Or do you find out sooner in your app?
The restaurant they chose is irrelevant. Go to any specialty restaurant when you board and make your selections for the week.

Better deal now for 1 person but for multiple people, it's nearly double of the lowest I've seen
-
Sales are disappointing but not surprising. IT dropped the ball big time, again
-
System down now, probably fixing issues. Internet is much cheaper for first device but but almost double the normal price for 4 devices. Still some issues to iron out

Same, eventually it went though

There will usually be something available but yes, some do sell out

Instead of UDP we did the 3 night dining package and went on nights the CK menu was so so. Worked out great. Best part of both is the intimacy

That's it. Visit the table usually setup at the MDR early on day 1 and u should be good

Are you on the Ovation now? We keep seeing one, but only from another elevator.
No, this was a month ago in Alaska

congratulations! Not a junior suite? Assume grand or above. You should immediately go to costal kitchen after boarding for lunch- the concierge's should be at their desk. Speak to them as far as arranging your dinner and other reservations. Enjoy.
Yes, Grand. Thanks for the info

If they haven't contacted you by now, unlikely they will before the sailing. It won't matter much, they can take care of things after you board.

Moved up to a suite 2 days before sailing so I missed the concierge welcome email window that was earlier. Will they reach out with a cabin change usually or is it a one and done? We're new to RCCL from Celebrity so I don't know how important dinner reservations are for CK ahead of time.We have the first boarding group so we will be on the ship early.

Has to be done 48 hours prior to sailing
If you get a suite upgrade you can have the concierge cancel them on board and get it as refundable obc.
I was locked out of cancelling 3 days before sailing. Technically late Tuesday for a Friday sailing. Of course I received my RoyalUp this morning so The Key and bottled water ordered are locked in for now. I called RCCL and even they couldn't cancel it. Is there an email for the concierge on Ovation of the Seas and if so, would it be worth contacting them ahead of time?
Looking forward to the upgrade!

It looks like add ons are cut off 48 hours before sailing. Can you cancel any add on like the Key and UDP right up to sailing? Would hate to win a last minute Royal Up right up to sailing based on last minute cancelations and not be able to cancel amenities that are not needed based on the upgrade.
Thanks

The Key on my sailing just went up from 19.99 to 28.99. Glad I got it at the cheaper price. Should i just carry on all my luggage and drop it off to be delivered?
Thanks!
Same here. I think that was a mistake that was finally caught.

The biggest benefits to us with the UDP is the smaller venue, individually cooked meals, lower sound level in the specialty restaurants. It's just so much more intimate. The food quality is better then the MDR and occasionally on par with a land based steakhouse. It's just a better experience for us. To each their own.

I believe that was added under the old Covid protocols but since has been removed from the benefits.

For our sailing next week, the "Full price" listed for the Key went from $42 to currently $29. With the sale, the Key is $19.99 (30% off). Just cancelled and rebooked saving $100 from our previous sale price. I think someone loaded something wrong in the system. I can't imagine the new price is really that low but who knows.

I was watching it for awhile and the lowest I saw was $34. This morning when I checked it was $26. That was an easy decision. I read the Seattle terminal is a bit of a mess so hopefully this helps.

The Flowrider. Did you mean to say that Key was $10/day less than Stream?
The Key total for 2 was $140 less for the cruise than Stream 1 person, 2 devices. $370 vs $230.
NorthStar and iFly I read had exclusive free times from someone who had it recently but I couldn't confirm that anywhere so that would be a bonus we are not planning on.

First time purchasing the Key for us on our upcoming Alaska cruise, Ovation of the Seas. Never before has the cost ever seemed worth the benefit but now the price was less than $10 per day pp than the wifi we already purchased so it seemed like a no brainier to try it out. We are Diamond traveling in a balcony cabin on a free casino cruise.
Any tips on utilizing the benefits? What exclusive hour activities and things we should be on the look out for?
Thanks
