Dining Package is $119 per person and I think includes the Illusion...show.

Anyone who has been on this ship, could you recommend whether or not this package is worth it.

Can't find individual prices for specialty restaurants either. If anyone can give me an idea on those.

Did read one review that said regular non-pay restaurants were very good.

Haven't been on NCL in awhile but never thought the regular restaurants were that good. Last ship I was on was the Gem and thought the food was mediocre at best everywhere, even in the pay restaurant.

Going on the Getaway in January. Can you make reservations for shows (Legally Blonde, Burn the Floor etc) before the cruise. Only thing I see so far to do online is Restaurant and maybe beverage package. Would like to do this all before the cruise so if anyone knows, would appreciate info. thanks

We used to go out of NYC yearly but haven't done so in about 5 years. Have been going out of FL and it is all so easy there. All I remember are hordes of people and waiting in long lines in NYC. Thinking about going on Breakaway next winter. Have things changed with the hordes and lines or is it still the same? Also was shocked to see that parking was now $40 per day...yikes.

What perks come with Suite (S1 etc).

Looking to go on Breakaway for 12 day cruise. We usually book a balcony but were thinking mini suite on this one. Haven't been on NCL in awhile but do remember different room types get different services. Anyone help out with what services a mini suite with balcony gets? Also some say suite and some say mini suite...anyone know the difference? Thanks.

Did inaugural season in January 2010 and just did 2 week January 5-19 cruise.

Love this ship. All good....no complaints at all. Plus this year had Dancing with the Stars professionals who were absolutely terrific. Wonderful time/excellent food/service/activities/ports.

I want to give someone a gift of dinner at one of the pay restaurants. I will not be on this cruise. Is this possible and can someone point me to the right direction on the website. Thanks!

Ticket says boarding starts at 1:00. I'm in Ft. Lauderdale, boarding Niew Amsterdam today.;)

Do they board before this if they are prepared or do they wait until 1?

Last cruise I was on that left out of NYC...they waited until 1 to start to board.

Just plugged in Union code and procrastinator code and got the same price...so much for discounts....:rolleyes:
