    These days, probably not. On an upcoming RCL cruise out of Galveston the price for the UBP has been priced between $72.99 and $77.99.

    The total price(s) will be stated in your Cruise Planner. You can use the package the minute you board the ship. Just be aware that there will be a limited selection of beverages available until the ship reaches international waters after leaving Galveston.

    There's a website called Cruise Spotlight that supposedly tracks the current deluxe beverage package pricing. It shows the minimum, average and maximum prices by all the RCL ships sailing from US departure ports.

    No, not any more. As of April 4, 2022, Medicare started a new program where they pay for up to eight over-the-counter COVID-19 tests from a participating pharmacy or health care provider after the initiative starts. However, if you get the free I-Health brand test, they can be proctored, but you'll have to cover the cost which, right now is around $15 -$20 per test.

    This! One thing that we all can probably all agree on is the RCI site is still firmly stuck in the 20th century. The fact that they had blank landing pages for cruise searches on their own site for almost 48 hours is comical. Well, maybe not all that funny to share holders.

    Many people also do cursory searches for specific ships, itineraries and dates and not necessarily pricing. It's obvious that prices will be quoted in the respective searches, but this thread was specifically about issues with Royal's website for checking prices. So there's that.

    Indeed there are. Footzz only uses the RCI website for pricing verifications.

    It looks like you missed the whole point of the thread; Issue with Royal website for checking prices. The operative word was 'prices', not cruises.

    He might be confused, or was referring to what was once available in the past. Carnival currently offers 750ml/liter bottles of booze for around $80. I've only seen RCCL offer the 375ml bottles of Rum ,Vodka and Gin with mixers. And, no whiskey offered, with or without mixers.

    With the current pricing of the DBP, it's probably only a matter of time until the 'smuggling alcohol' threads make a reappearance.

    At this late juncture, it's possible that earlier MTD slots have already been filled. Go visit the Maître d' in the MDR as soon as you board. If there are earlier openings available, they will do their best to accommodate you.
