Some of the dining room issues could be due to a new maitre'd starting on your cruise. The MSC famous Arthur left the ship with us on Oct 29th!

My daughter got charged for soft serve ice cream yesterday from the jungle pool. I went to the concierge to ask about it because I thought it was a mistake and was told that the soft serve is not included and it depends on who is working, That some workers will give it to you for free if they see you are in YC some will not. Again not a big deal but once again another cut back.

Also on this cruise in thenYacht Club. Enjoying the cruise so far but a few observations that’s someone who has not sailed YC probably wouldn’t even notice. First there are no YC wrist bands this cruise, was told there was a “technical issue” and they weren’t being used this cruise, I really miss them as it is so much easier not having to always have your key card on you. Second there are not snacks rotating 20 hours a day in the YC lounge, they will bring you a small tray of snacks while you are sitting there but it is nothing compared to what they use to have, before dinner t they give you a small tray with about 4 finger sandwiches and after dinner they give you a tray with potato chips and nuts and sometimes a small tray with a few pieces of chocolate, really miss the multitude of snacks offered in the lounge. And lastly the elevators are as bad as everyone says! Lol oh well we are still throughly enjoying our cruise just wish they would quit cutting back on things. First time we sailed YC back in 2018 compared to now is like night and day. Still love it but it could be better because we know it use to be better!

Well I know they are trying to build a terminal in Seattle. So if that gets passed ( it may have already been passed, not sure). So I am sure when that happens they will add some West coast cruise before/after the Alaskan cruises.

Yes and Yes! Both are open on embarkation day weather permitting.

They did the same thing for me for this exact same cruise. Canceled all my nightly dinner reservations for that dining room. Had to make all new reservations for a different dining room.

Just went from Interior to Premium Deluxe Balcony for the minimum bid!

Carnival and Princess announced yesterday that they are ending all pre cruise testing except for cruises of 16 days or longer! MSC PLEASEEEEEE follow suit!

So does a "lab administered test" mean that the Emed home ones where you have to be on a camera with a person watching you take the test considered ok?

Does NCL offer transfers from Orlando (MCO) to the port ? thanks

We went on MSC Seaside 2 adults and 2 kids age 8 and 10 and Stayed in the yacht club which includes unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), private lounge, private pool deck with private buffet area, private restaurant, and butler service (which includes priority embarkation and debarkation and priority tender) All for only $6000 for 7 nights during spring break last year. Seriously it is the ultimate cruise experience! We have sailed Disney twice, Rccl 4 times, princes 1 and Carnival 5 times. By far the best bang for the buck was MSC yacht club! It was so great we did the exact same cruise twice in 9 months! If you have any questions just ask I would be happy to answer any.

There is a retractable roof pool that is called the jungle pool and it is open to anyone on the ship. The Top 19 is a sundeck for Aurea guest (yacht club may use it also) and it has loungers, a bar, and hot tubs. Then there is the Yacht club sundeck which may only be used by yacht club guest and it has a pool, hot tubs, a bar, and a buffet, loungers, and cabanas.

Yacht Club guests don't have access to this area? Is that the only indoor pool on the ship?
A: This is not an indoor area. B: Yes Yacht Club has access to the area.

FWIW, It matters not to me what anyone else chooses to wear as long as it is not offensive
AMEN!!!!!!!!!!

On our cruise in June about 50% of the men wore shorts in the dining room on NON formal nights! I don't remember sandals as I wore tennis shoes. after the first night we asked the Concierre if shorts were acceptable and she said yes every night except formal nights. I plan on wearing shorts again in March.

Yacht Club has 5 person rooms!!!!!!

I read an article a couple of weeks ago about this and Sidari is correct they are not going to Amsterdam due to the new port tax. apparently most cruise lines are pulling out of there as a protest of this tax.

Is there no wines listed on the topsail menu that are included?

Room service is free and you can even order a whole pizza to your room for a late night snack! ( I highly recommend this!)
