  1. anyone else feel that these prices that RCCL are charging these days are crazy? a balcony cabin 7 night cruise on oasis in january is over $2000 per person? I have sailed mostly RCCL over the last 5 years but heck mide as well sail with disney with the kids for that price! I guess I just wanted to vent a bit.

  2. Quick Question. DD 6 and dd 4 will they be able to be in the same kids club or will they be separated? Reason I ask is that the 4 year old may not go in if the 6 year old isn't with her. We went on disney last year and the youngest always wanted be by her sister. Could be a deal breaker about booking Rccl this time around if they can't be together. We LOVE RCCL but would also like a little time to ourselves while on vacation! thanks for your answers!

  3. Yep that is the week! DD6 will be in first grade and she has 17th and 18th off school so if we go on the Magic she will only miss 3 days of school. If we go on the Fantasy she will miss 4 dues to leaving on friday to get ehrere the day b4

  4. We are me (DH-40), DW 41, DD 6, and DD4. And we went on Disney Fantasy last january and absolutly LOVED it! Thats the problem of not being able to decide, do we do it again with basically the same stops or try the Magic and possibly be disappointed after an awsome Fantasy cruise last year. Whichever one we book we will book a deluxe family oceanview stateroom with verandah.

  5. 7 night Western Magic in January or 7 night Eastern Fantasy in January. Which one would you pick? AND WHY? Having trouble deciding any opinions woujld be appreciated! Assume that the cost is the same or very close (which it is)

  6. Just an FYI when I was on the waitlist for the Fantasy I chekced back on my online reservation everday under dining and finally one day it let me switch it to main and I didn't have to worry about the waitlist anymore!!!!! keep trying it and maybe it will open up one day for you!

  7. In january We (me, wife, dd3, dd5) Flew into orlando the day before our Fantasy cruise, Stayed at the Hyatt Regency in the airport, then took the Disney cruiseline shuttle to the port in the morning. Worked out great and did not have to worry about car seats! Plus your in a day early that way and already at the airport to catch the busses to the port! BTW really enjoyed the Hyatt MCO would stay there again in a heartbeat. and lots of good chain restaurants in the airport (we ate at Macaroni grill) Just FYI

  8. I was actually pleasantly suprised with the food on our Fantasy cruise in jan.! After reading all the reviews on here about the food I was REALLY worried about the food since I love food! lol. To my suprise (after reading these boards) The food in the main dining rooms was OUTSTANDING! Every bit as good as RCCL! Looking forweard to doing another disney cruise in the next few years when we can afford it again! lol

  9. Does Carnival offer transfers to and from the orlando airport to the port Canaveral cruise terminal? Thinking about doing the Sunshine cruise next year and don't want to have to deal with finding tranportation to and from the port from MCO. Thanks for your answers!

  10. Ok so a quick question.... Our family of 4 DH, DW, DD5, and DD3 went on the Disney fantasy last january to the eastern carribean. My question is this I noticed that next Jan. Fantasy is only doing eastern and the Majic is doing the 7 night western. since we already went on the eastern we would prefer to go on the western this year but thinking that the Majic may be a huge let down in comparison to the Fantasy. The Fantasy was awsome! Any thoughts? thanks in advance for your thoughts!
