You never know about the weather. I did a fake booking for a 7 day cruise out of Brooklyn and you can get on that ship for 290.00 p/p. What a deal even if the weather is a liitle cold for a few days.

Yes, but the cruiseline will need the name of a real person to refund taxes and fees. FYI, MSC has good pricing right now on solo cabins.

Pools are near empty at 8am and after 6pm. 

We book for the  itineraries and cost which led us to 6 cruise lines.

With teens Carnival would be a good choice and their Port Carnival terminal is closest to Orlando. 

We enjoy Princess Cruise Line. 

I enjoyed all of my cruises, no favorites.

You may want to get a notarized letter from both parents giving permission for the child to sail and to be medically treated.

I received a promotions call today from Princess.  I had to hang up on the guy because

• :He was speaking too slowly and with a heavy accent.
• After "congratulating" me reaching Platinum, he should have gone directly into his sales promotion. I did ask him to get to the point but he kept with the script he was obviously reading.
• He kept calling me Mr. David every third sentence (Yes, my name is David but it is NOT MR. David)

 

Is Princess really trying to kill off its regular customers?  No free Wi-Fi for Platinum/Elite, telephone calls that take hours (thank goodness for chat), no mints, no evening turn-downs, and now promotion calls outsourced to overseas locations?

Settle down Francis, he's just trying to make a living. 

My last cruise was on the Sky Princess and I ate in the buffet 6 out of 7 nights. I found the food to be delicious and hot and I always had a window  seat with views of the ocean. I like starting with a large salad and not the small plate in the MDR and you can't beat all you can eat jumbo shimp and mussels. The buffet does have limited service , they will bring refreshments to your table and bread if you ask. The downside was the desserts.

IDK but I did see NYPD escort a passenger off the ship when we returned back to NYC. 

I have not seen a steel band on a cruise ship for many years, are they a thing of the past ?
