Booked thru the ship, it was an outstanding tour

Just off the Emerald 28 day South Pacific cruise. We had a cabin down the hall from the laundry very quiet although you had to step around people sitting in the hallway with their laundry waiting for it to open . Two passengers did engage in fisticuffs at the laundry . I missed this event as it was not listed in the Princess Patter !

Thanks for the info about the Caribbean Princess . DW and I will be on board in January for a 14 day cruise . Maybe Princess should drop the Medallion program and put it's efforts toward implementation of a fleet wide Movie On Demand availability .

Was on this cruise and it is a fact that getting to Princess Theater at least 45 minutes before the show was a necessity.

Lines for Anytime Dining started at 5 PM as people compensated for the theater overcrowding . In general the Mater D appeared clueless allowing reservations for some and not for others.

IMO, Princess should add On Demand Movies in it's staterooms . This would give passengers another post dinner entertainment choice l.

Despite these negatives , it was a good cruise that we plan to take again

While traveling with friends on the Ruby last Fall we had the same experience . I was met with total indifference when I explained my situation at the Customer Relations desk . At this point I began to take names and told them I wanted to speak to their Superior . I explained that it was totally unacceptable to be denied a clean dry room and posed the question What would you and your staff do if this happened to your parents ? An empty room was found and the next day a fair compensation settlement was offered and accepted . The moral of the story is calmly explain your problem, provide an acceptable solution and be assertive.

DW and Ì definitely would be interested in any Winter cruise more than 14 days. Being from Chicago the longer we're gone in the Caribbean the better. This Winter we added some days in Fort Lauderdale after our but the weather was cool and windy.

We will be sailing the 3/30/18 Emerald Princess cruise and are wondering if Any non caffeine can soda is available for purchase ? Thanks for your help .

Took the ship excursion to Berlin . It was great . Train was clean and comfortable with students serving as attendants ready to answer questions and talk with passengers . Definetely would book this excursion .

Your husband should go and enjoy the cruise who cares what people with small minds think.

Just got a great idea don't tell my wife ,thinking about getting Princess logo tattoo with ELITE undeneath it. Look for me on your next Princess cruise

Contacted Princess Guest Relations yesterday and received a reply stating that someone would contact me to adress my concerns .

Just off the 1/14/18 12 day Silhouette cruise and guess what Celebrity was taking proactive steps to reduce chair hogging . At the Solarium pool each lounger had a card placed on it explaining the No Chair Saving Policy. At the outside pools, Pool Attendants actively removed towels from chairs . These actions seemed to reduce the number of chair hogs. Kudos to the pool staff for trying !

Chair hogs are part of every cruise I've been on.They also exist at all inclusive resorts .

Please be very careful with your children by and in the pools. Ship motion create waves that non swimmers can get swept away in. The pools have no shallow areas which allow kids to stand in .Be prepared to be with your child every minute while at the pool .

I would suggest you try some other cruise lines . We rotate between Princess , Holland , and Celebrity . Each line has its own unique aspects which add to our cruising experience .

Witnessed an argument at the pool in which one individual insisted that another passenger was using his favorite specially reserved lounge chair . The argument turned loud and ugly very fast and the passenger claiming it was his lounge chair threw the first punch. Unfortunately for him the passenger he attacked blocked it and with a quick jab broke the guy's nose, blood everywhere . As Security was escorting the aggressor away his wife arrives screaming You Idiot ,We Where Sitting Over There !

No tubas but you can bang your balcony furniture around , talk loudly on your balcony and slam your cabin door anytime day or night.

Just off the Ruby, no interactive movies on the TV You had to be in your cabin at a specific time to watch it. Too many news, shopping and future cruise channels .

DW and I were also on this cruise and agree with your review. We missed the Celebrity interactive movies in the room .
