We are booked on Seascape (from Miami port). The schedule has the ship arriving at 8AM. Does the 8AM arrival mean pax may disembark, or 8AM is the start of the process to clear CBP or Coast Guard? My friend is looking at a flight at 10:25AM from Miami airport. She will have only a carryon. TIA!

I reviewed the Status Match table/doc and noticed that RCCL Gold status is no longer matched. I am looking to match status for my niece and nephews. They are Gold on RCCL, the lowest level. Is it worth it to even bother with a status match?

Did you end up going on the cruise during spring break? Was it crowded? As for the notarized letter of permission, I get your frustration. I would not say it would isolate it to just MSC. Our friend was in the same situation and RCCL did not tell him either. He's divorced and did not know that he needed a notarized letter from his ex. He found out the week the cruise was set to sail. I get why any cruise line or airline would want a letter from a non-guardian.
