Thanks for the quick reply. So what my finance guy wants to know can I purchase the 100 shares of stock from my IRA account or do I have to purchase the 100 shares straight from their stock purchase plan?

I'm wanting to purchase the 100 shares of stock for the OBC. My finance guy had a question. " May want to make sure ownership via an IRA counts. I've seen promos like that before with a company but it had to be in their stock purchase plan. " Can anyone answer this for me? Thanks
