Love a good beer thread :) While beer won't determine my itinerary, I am all for finding out if they have my faves on board!
-
Awesome review - I'm totally guilty of reading up too much, but I have toured her before so I'm extra excited :)
Love your sense of humor!!!

UBP not offered for sure, correct???
-
Did they change the rules about the UBP not being available March 1 - April 15th?
-
Great review so far!!! Can't wait to read the rest!
-
Do they have Brooklyn beer available anywhere on the ship?

In the last 10 years I've been on Carnival, Royal & Princess.
Overall I think Princess is the best with Carnival a very close 2nd. Royal to me is average. Their pizza is atrocious (NYC/NJ girl) on Royal. Carnival desserts & the Steakhouse were some of the best I've had.

Great review so far!!! Can't wait to hear more!!

Thanks for the review!

I was also on this sailing and had a wonderful vacation. Were there crowds? It was a ship with over 4000 passengers during a peak holiday week - of course there were crowds! Did the crowds spoil our vacation? No! There a few moments of frustration, but generally we were able to do the things we wanted to do, relax, and have a great time. It's all about expectations - don't go on a "megaship" and expect a serene, crowd-free vacation.
Crowds usually don't bother me - I look at it as more people I can potentially meet :)
I've never had a bad cruise - it's all about attitude. I like reading reviews from people who look at vacationing from the same perspective I do!

Very interested to hear about the crowds! Most of the negative reviews pick apart things that don't ruin my vacation, so always happy to hear a positive :)

Does anyone have pictures of the handicap access bathrooms on the breakaway or getaway?

Probably because they lose money from the usual nickel & diming I'm starting to see as a huge pattern with NCL.
-
Totally legit question - how does NCL handle it if you bring boxed wine on board? I know you can bring some on board with a $15 corkage fee, but what if someone were to bring a box of wine?
-
Never been on NCL before - what is spinnaker? What was the weather like on the first and last days?
I'll be on breakaway at the end of next month - previously toured her over the summer tho. Very impressed with everything except the pools

Here's the dress I just purchased from Dillard's. :D
What brand is this dress? It's gorgeous!!
-
May I ask where you got the blue and green dress?
It's BCBG - I found it on ebay as it is from over a year ago.

Oh...please tell them to come say hello on the roll call:). We have
one of the most friendly, helpful and courteous roll calls I have ever
participated in:)...or are they on there already?
I'm not sure. I'll send the link to my mother and see!
-
Yes:) are you??
No. My boyfriend and I are doing the Explorer but my Mom and Aunts are going to be on that sailing. I'm so jealous.
-
Lois - Are you on the May 11th sailing of the Equinox?

Leaving in 17 days. About to bring up the suitcases from the basement. These are my 2 Formal Night Dresses.

What's the difference between Bonine & Nauzene? Can you take them both? I get very sea sick when the seas are rough and am trying to do whatever I can for my trip next week!!!
