There's no reciprocating benefits between Royal and Celebrity's casino programs AT THE PRESENT TIME; it is anticipated that the programs will be merging together later this year, although no confirmation on this.
I would bet on it🤫.- 1

Only Pinnacles and those sailing in full suites (GS and above) have access to the CK for lunch.

There were 13 Pinnacles on the July 9th, 2023 cruise.
Not sure on the Suite Lounge use by Pinnacles as we were in a Jr Suite and did not actively enjoy the Suite Lounge.
The Suite Lounge and and Coastal Kitchen were relatively sparse nightly.
We were able to dine nightly in the Coastal Kitchen(as Jr Suite guests) except for the one night we ate at Mason Jar.

I owned Amazon stock a couple of times and a boatload of money both times. i’ve never owned RCL stock and never considered it, even at $20 a share. I’m doing all right without it, my IRA was up $15k Friday and it’s only down 9% from it’s all time high which it hit December 29, 2021 ( 1 1/2 years after the start of the pandemic).
I have a pony.

Comment about paying for new ships
Profits will come
Yes. See Amazon, Tesla, FedEx and many others as companies that failed to make money for multiple years. It is not at all uncommon. Cruising is not going away and who is better positioned than Royal Caribbean for future growth? They attract the optimal demographic, have the best new ships and own a private island packed with profit-making opportunities. If only they could hire a competent IT team🤪.
disclaimer - I own both Royal Caribbean and Amazon stock.

We have booked the UDP for our upcoming Wonder cruise. With the UDP we can not make dining reservations until we board the ship and we know we have to go as soon as we get on to have the best chance of getting the days and times we want. So for anyone who has been on the Wonder, will we be able to get the Mason Jar brunch on day one without having a prior reservation? Thanks in advance!
When purchasing the UDP prior to embarkation, you should be able to make your individual reservations for any of the premium dining venues by calling the Cruise Planner Dept at 800 398-9819. To my knowledge this is the only way to purchase the UDP and make your dining reservations, pre-cruise.
Another name for the Cruise Planner Dept is ‘Onboard Reservations’.
Here is the list of key Royal Caribbean phone numbers where this can be found:

New to VP, love the question, but isn't 8/5 a roughly 2.8% HE?
Yes, BigRedNavy, you are correct when referencing JoB house edge.

Just to add more to the original question.
Yes there was a slight bump in the pay table on Harmony (at least this summer) for the video poker if you played the $1, $2, or $5 denomination.
It went from the "worst" 6/5 pay table at 25 cents to "worst minus one" at the 7/5 table when betting $1 or above. (this was for Jacks or better and Double Double bonus - I don't remember the other games).
The two video poker machines in the high limit room (corner) did not have any better pay tables.
Agreed. Both pay tables options stated are poor for video poker. -

Saying "pay tables will often change as you increase your bet" is misleading. If you begin playing a game at a certain pay table (6/5, 8/5, etc) and you start at 25 cents a credit and, for example, move up to $1 a credit (which increases your bet X 4), the pay table stays the same. The only way you can change the pay table is to change games or change machines, which probably will have the same pay table.
My statement is neither misleading or false. A games pay table will often change as you increase your base bet. Most often to your advantage on the ‘full house’ and ‘flush’ payouts for games such as Jacks or Better and Bonus Poker.
Stating that ‘the only way to change the pay table is to change games’ is verifiably false.

As stated by sandebeach, the person that the certificate was issued to must be present.
I would recommend calling Casino Royale now to explain the situation and see if they can offer a good option for your sister. Good luck.

Hello CruiserLucas. I am frequently on Harmony and play video poker 99% of my time in the casino. Your reference using the pay schedule term '6/5' implies that you may be looking for Jacks or Better machines(or Bonus Poker?) with good pay tables? 9/6 Jacks or Better machines were at one time the standard for video poker grinders. Pay tables will often change as you increase your bet. I have never seen 9/6 pay tables on a cruise ship, 8/5 yes at high denominations.
While I can't offer specific pay tables for Harmony at this time, I will be on Independence next week and Harmony March 12. Happy to note pay table information for you at that time. Most ships have Jacks or Better, Bonus Poker, Deuces Wild, Double Bonus and more at single line and multi line(up to 10 lines) options.
As a side note, Wizard of Odds has a free training mode for many of the common video poker games under 'play for fun'.

Yes. We have not cruised since Feb 2020 and we will not cruise before the casino year ends (3-31-22).
Thank you for taking the time to respond in such detail. That is great news. I hope that the offer
includes all status levels.

1. Just got an offer for a complimentary inside on Wonder ! I am very surprised that they are offering casino comps for Wonder.
2. Confirmed that the Club Royale status will be extended for another year....so your status will be good through 3-31-23. This is awesome news for us since we will not sail at all this casino year. Losing our Prime status would have been devastating. Now we have another year !
1. Also got the complimentary Jr suite on Wonder. March 4, 18, 25 and April 1 and 8 only. No other dates offered to me.
2.Are you saying that you did not cruise for this entire 'casino year', April 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022?
But will still maintain previous years status? Thanks in advance for any clarity you can offer.

That is an amazing deal! Are you a prime or higher member?
I cannot wait to board Anthem in Jan to see if we receive a certificate.
I'm a Masters level player with Club Royale.
The deal does seem amazing. Perspective is everything.
Good luck in January on the Anthem!

Just off the Harmony yesterday.
Club Royale had a certificate in our cabin for a free Grand Suite + $1,000 casino play + an additional $1,000 in casino play if booked on board through NextCruise. As stated by a previous poster, they are getting away from discounted/free casino certificates at the end of cruises and instead providing one at embarkation(based on previous play). Offerings went as far out as September but later sailings did not include some or all of the casino money.

Wow...thanks! And I was afraid I overbid at 750 (1500) for total. 😮
Yes..."sea" you on 5/29. 🙂 L&S cruise from last year...OS cabin for our anniversary. 🥰
The minimum bid was $1100 pp.
It appears that those with comped rooms, are given a much higher bid range versus those who paid outright for the original cabin. 2400 total for a Crown Loft feels pretty good. We enjoy the solitude of Deck 17.
Owners Suite for anniversary is perfect! Love those cabins.

Congrats!! 🤗 May I ask how much over minimum did you bid?
Doing another B2B on Harmony first of the year. I have exact situation for 1/9/22 Harmony, hump JS on deck 11 (perfect location for a JS). Our 1/2/22 showed very little CLS cabins available, but the CLS cabins for the 1/9 leg is still showing 90% available...not sure why the difference.
I did not bother with trying to upgrade on the 1/2....but am doing as you did for the 1/9. I very rarely bid, but thought I had a chance with the lightly booked week.
~1200 pp or 2400 for the couple.
Our original Jr Suite was comped.
Hope this helps. See you on the 05/29 Harmony cruise.

We just checked our Royal Up bid and noticed that our offer was accepted for a Crown Loft Suite
on Harmony of the Seas next week(Christmas), December 19 departure.
We were in a hump Jr Suite and have moved to a deck 17 ocean-view Crown Loft.
Nice to have that in pocket 5 days prior to cruise.
