We are on Ncl so can’t buy thru ship the no zip option. Someone mentioned buying in port but from rccl so it sounded like rccl employees at a booth ?

And way for Ncl cruiser to get tickets off the ship ? Thanks

If this is true kudos to NCL actually listening to consumer complaints and making a change that won’t necessarily immediately favorably impact bottom line. Although perhaps it will as they may price such that need to add a buck or two but that is still better than nothing, gives options.

There’s competition if it gets too bad. For now I think I’d rather sail in a lessor cabin and pay for specialty dining because MDR has gone downhill, on rccl and other lines .

It’s sort of crazy they’d risk the chance of poor social media reviews that make others wonder about rccl treating them fairly.

The story could be, bummer, problem w cabin but rccl gave me a bunch of obc and really made it right.

I don’t drink soda but on any ship LOVE pouring a poolside drink into 16oz tervis cup and giving plastic cup back, retaining straw. Any bigger and straw won’t work. Keeps drink colder and doesn’t tip over easy.

NCL doesn't show the no zipline option in the cruise planner. Are there vendors in port selling tickets without the zipline option?

If people really get fed up with downgrading of experience and stop sailing RCCL and suddenly not enough demand for their huge supply (which gets bigger every oasis class ship and every drydock), things will change. but until then............. shareholders enjoy the stock price. their focus is new pax.

Just called NCL about the pricing of the go karts. I had multiple representatives tell me, they were told it was going to be about $5. This made my day!!

Way preferable to free where some will get right back in line to do over and over while others don't get to try it out b/c can't stand the line. I'd like to see smart lines where queue up electorically in some fashion and come back during a window.

There’s been no confirmation that the go-karts will incur a fee.

A fee wouldn’t bother me as it might lessen the line. It’s just that teens and dads we normally sail with didn’t even bother with the slides. Go karts and laser tag would be one and done even if experience. BB just a good activity for pickup games or Ncl organized competitions etc.

I’ve seen rccl use courts for volleyball as well and Escape used for soccer and dodgeball and there’s a growing interest in Pickle.

Nope... certainly not in the classic sense. It doesn’t appear on the deck plans.

No basketball court? Even the smallest ships have courts and a good place for guys from age 10-50 shoot hoops. Playing competitively, socially to meet other teens or just something to do with Dad.

Hopefully you’ve already booked it fully refundable to hold an OV and BW right across. Prices and cabins change quickly. Easier to cancel than get particular option back.

Also Harmony. Kids will get soda cards and trip to JRs for 4. It’s a great class to experience. Had you been there done that class and ports a few times, I might say Vista for change of pace and ports but takes the $1000 and book some cool excursions or dining/drink packages
