  1. Unfortunately here in the uk the booster will be either Pfizer if you were given 2 doses of Az or half a dose of Moderna if you were given 2 shots of Pfizer . There is no choice in this

  2. Will be interesting to see what rules and regs will be introduced once COVID vaccine boosters start up . In the uk they begin this week . It appears that a different brand from your original 2 doses will  be given as it offers greater immunity.  For us that would be 2 proper dosses AZ followed by a booster of Pfizer . Hopefully this won’t be classed as mixed doses as the original jabs were same brand

Log into your Celebrity Account and select manage reservation.  There should be a link to apply the FCC. There is also a link on the main Celebrity page, just click on it and enter the required information and FCC #. Very easy process.  You should receive an email with the revised booking invoice showing the FCC applied.

    Thank you xx

Hi fizzy.  We booked in late 2018 to sail on the Silly in Feb 2020 and our cruise was the first sailing post-revolution.  I can confirm that the cabin layout, at least for our cabin on Deck 8, was not changed during the refit.  We had a cabin with an upper berth.

    Thanks xx

There is no triangle icon (upper berth) in 8218 on the deck plan for the Silhouette on Celebrity’s own web site, which is why the OP has flagged that in the comment above.  Since you say there is an upper berth, do you have more info about this than what the deck plan shows?

I dummy booked on Sill site a room for 2 then a room for 3 people and 8218 came up available for 2 people to book but not for 3 !! See photos

fizzy1, if you are on the 21 Apr 2022 sailing, both staterooms on either side of you have bed by the balcony and are available.  I would go for 8220.

Thank you so much . Yes, we are on that cruise However , had a bit of a think about it . I think for me being nearer the bathroom , and a year on, makes better sense as my little nighttime trips to the loo will be even more by next year !!! Hahah ! Hubby not bothered !’, so booked 218 . While u r on there could you just check something for me . Has the cabin layout changed since the refit last year ? Not concerned about having a pull down bed on the top but on the actual booking  plans 218 doesn't have a 3rd bed!!!!! I noticed this as we compared  Celebrity’s deckplans and then looked at the actual booking site. I have done a few dummy bookings on other Sill cruises for next year and 8218 doesn't have the sign for pulldown bed. As i said , just curious. Thanks so much for your help xx Thanks everyone xx

Just remember there are several different conditions involved.  North America / UK / Australia booking conditions,  refundable / non refundable deposits,  and in some conditions NRD and sailing dates as the $100 pp penalty will be waived in certain situations but not others.

Thanks for info xx Really chuffed as just phoned them . All done. No fee. Great stateroom booked . Fab deal and wonderful service . Only had to wait a fee mins to talk . Very happy

If I were you, I would give them a call.  This was the case, we actually did it, but so much has changed with Covid.  Having said that, Celebrity UK have been offering some very good flexible terms.  We were able to transfer our November 2020 cruises to similar ones in November this year without charge and retaining all our benefits (eg drinks, OBC, tips, etc).  And a recent booking for Aus/NZ is also offering multiple changes where necessary without charge.  You'll also find it is the only way to get your free one cabin grade upgrade.  The only frustration I've found with Celebrity in the UK is their failure to offer cruises that are not "all inclusive".  We are Elite Plus, which gave free speciality coffees, 2 hours free drinks in the evening and 240 minutes free wifi.  But now that, and more, is available to everyone.  There is no longer as much reason to be loyal to one cruise line.

Really pleased . Just phoned them and no fee to change cruise. Fab stateroom booked on good deal . Wonderful service and only waited a few mins on phone  too . Very happy

Good question as we too were considering this option. We have three cabins booked on an Argentina and Chile sailing for February 2022. Originally scheduled to be on the Silhouette but now on the Infinity as they switched ships. We aren’t happy with Infinity and are thinking of maybe transferring to the Millennium Panama Canal sailing in April 2022.

Really chuffed . Just phoned Celebrity . All done. No fee. Booked fab stateroom on new  cruise, great deal. Fab service only waited a few mins . Very happy

Is it a round trip? Then it won’t matter because what you miss on the outbound part of the journey you would get on the return.

and what do you mean by etc.?  It would be easier to answer the question if you give specifics

Duh !! Silly me !! Just meant the sun xxxx yes it is return so as u say what we miss going out, get coming back xx
