Thanks for all of the info. I just sent a reservation request and received what looks like an automated response. There was a picture is this the one that is "our" spot or will that come later? Dang I am 295 days a way from sailing and cant wait. :cool:

Does anyone in your group have a smart phone they no longer use? The phone does not have to have cell service to use the WIFI feature. My son used an old "dead" phone instead of his regular phone on board and it worked great.

How often do they have the tea? is it every sea day? I have loved the ones I attended in the past but only remember seeing it once a cruise.

We use the Hub app. It worked great with out son. We also had a set time of when to be back at the cabin to get ready for dinner. It also has the funtimes and I understand menus have been added.

Yes. Gave my son a dead phone (no cell service) just in case he lost it. Worked perfectly.

Oh don't assume it's generational. I always have Frank and open discussions with my son about everything. I just would not want to sit there with him while they are a lot more explicit I hesitate to say crud about it. Like you aren't offended at a nude painting until you realize it your mother and the guy standing next to you says something about hitting that. When the say 18+ they should not have to card you. What happened to the honor system.

Don't they announce the shows is for 18+ at the begging of the show. Isn't that Carnivals polite way of asking those under 18 to leave. I have seen them card the audience I have also seen the comedians ask teens to leave.
Also some of the comedy is not eluded to but in your face. I would not be comfortable with my son at 21+ sitting next to me.
Oh and I am a rule follower as far a speeding yes I speed but in the traffic I drive in some times not speeding (going with the flow of traffic) is more dangerous.

It has been awhile since I was on the Fantasy - Serenity does not have any bars near by. While a waiter be going around? I loved Serenity kicked back on the couches in the shade with nice breeze and the bar right there. I hope there is a breeze in the shady area on Fantasy's Serenity.

I would recommend the cave tubing- best time ever according to my family. Cave tubing and lunch for $45.00 pp. Learned a lot from the guides on the bus to and from the caves and of course on the walk and then the ride. It was a great day. It was unBlizable. :cool:

If you can be flexible with cruise dates, that helps. We usually cruise once with the family during summer break (zoo), and then once in Jan/Feb (not so much of a zoo). Deals are out there, we are going on a 7 night on the Celebrity Summit (Balcony) in Feb. 18 for about $2000 with a drink package, $400 obc and pre-paid gratuities.......just the wife and I and we like Celebrity for the two of us. :cool:
Call me impressed - would love to know how you found that sweet deal. Did you use a travel agency or book direct.

We are planning on getting cheers an I am wondering can I get a can unopened from the bar before turning in for the evening for the next morning? We wake up early and diet Coke is my caffeine of choice. Also does you sign and sail card reflect all of your drinks, can I use it to track them to see if we actually save money? Thanks!
