  2. I would do it now, but nothing is available. I would also be willing to work with someone who is thinking of cancelling to make sure they come out on the good side. It is entirely my fault--I let this get away from me.
  3. I agree. However, I let this get by me. There was only a Sky available. I am willing to pay anything for an upgrade. My husband is way too big for that suite. Hope springs eternal.
  4. I am praying for an upgrade and personally do not care how much it costs. I will be hurrying down to Guest Services when I board if that is how it is done. I have used the Move Up program and have called and my agent has called. They are telling me the Revenue Manager will look at it two days before the ship sails. However, there may be a no-show. Hoping!
  5. Does X hold back some top suites for late distribution to move-up offers?

  13. I can't even go back to see what it did wrong? It shows me as all right, but I tried to put my husband in and it scanned his passport and it is just stuck. It won't go back and it won't let me put in my travel plans. I read that you can bring paper copies of your passport and the vaccination records an I am at that point. I have pretty near lost it. We are in the cancellation where I will lose the whole cruise. I am just going to have to get help at the pier. I asked my travel agent, and she said call her, but if I do that I will be on the phone that has the ap on it! I don't have a land line. This is a no win situation. I am surprised no one else is having a problem.

  16. LOL I only got one, just me. I don't know how to do my husband. I got as far as trip details and it wouldn't let me go further? It wanted to know what terminal, etc. I couldn't figure out how to do that. I know it was St. Johns NB
  17. Thanks. I have the ArriveCan on my phone now and I can combine myself and my husband. I just don't know how to upload or download the photos or the passport, but I will copy everything and take it with me in hopes that they won't keep me off the ship! You have all been so good. It is hard to not be computer savvy. I am very appreciative.
  18. I have the pictures in my photos. I downloaded the ap. How do you transfer the photos to the ap? I appreciate all of this. Also, can I put my husbands on mine as well, or do I have to get another. He does not have a phone and does not know how to use one?
  19. I went on line and read it, but I am not sure if I should do it on my computer or try to get it on my I phone. I don't knowhow to download the pictures of the cards or passport. I had someone help with the ship stuff, but she is out of the country now and I don't have a clue. I think I can get the ap installed in my iPhone and try to figure out how to get the pictures in! As you can see, I have not slept all night thinking about this. I will give it a try in the morning. Why can't you just take printed copies of everything? You all have been such a help. Thanks a million.
  20. Now see you lost me there. You mean I can go to Safari and ask for ArriveCan and then just fill it out and save it? I am absolutely clueless. Does anyone who is on this board know if they will have help at the pier?

  22. I agree. I would love to cancel because of the stress. I am going to ask one more person, but I have to wait a few days. Not fun.
  23. Thanks all. I have. managed to get a few things on to the site. I don't know where to find the Arive Can or whatever it is. Perhaps I can get someone to help with that on the ship. This is very stressful and really not enjoyable.
  24. I have no idea how to upload anything. I filled out all my forms. I have lots of images on my phone. I will need help at the pier.
