Sailing in 3 days & I just noticed the rate for our inside cabin dropped $300 pp.Should I contact my TA ? Assume I can’t call NCL directly? Know we won’t get the price drop, but maybe an amenity of some sort?

If specialty dining is not included in my fare & I don’t buy before sailing can I reserve/buy on board or will it at that point be a la carte? In particularly Cagney’s . 

Is lobster served in the regular dining? Or perhaps in the steak house? Surf n turf……

Where can I find the dining room menus for Gem ? 

Is creating an online account the same as downloading the app?
