Im sorry you are on hold so long.  Next time, book with a PVP.  So much easier to make changes, or cancel.

Not always true. In our case , once I sent our pvp an email saying that we wanted to cancel our cruise , I never heard another word from her! She was happy to book our cruise & and again happy to book another so we had a b2b . I left her very many messages…and sent many emails. I know this is not always the case with a pvp.

Thank you all for the info 🙃 last cruise I was able to get 12 bottles of crown for about $17 each or so.

Did u happen to notice what kinds of whiskey were  available at the bars onboard?

To my knowledge, last time there was Woodford, Buffalo Trace, Jack Daniels, Gentleman Jack, Jameson, and a few scotch brands I forget.

I should of asked …what is available for whiskey choices . Cheers really has nothing to do it.

You should be able to combine any payments made into one 'future booking'; but if it was a Carnival cancellation, they won't double any OBC that was offered for the cancellation.

FCC is for our deposits only.

You won't receive any email. The FCC is tied to your booking number. So if you call Carnival with the cancelled booking number they can give you the information and apply it to a new reservation.

Thank you..it was actually two cruises, b2b …hopefully i can apply all FCC to one future cruise!

We just cancelled two 7-day cruises due to Carnival's Covid protocol extension. We are receiving a full refund of our deposits. You shouldn't have a problem getting your deposit and/or any monies paid  refunded. The phone lines are busy with all the cancellations but that should ease up soon.

    Were your deposits non refundable?
