i was on the Miracle im June, Steakhouse was on day 4 of 10 and they offered the free bottle when we sat ( not expecting it) then service was slow, i gripped a bit about it and got 2 more bottles from the manager... what sucked is i dont drink wine so my family and friends scored ,,, and yes i paid the bill.

im not a wine drinker but my DW is... she brings a glass with from the room thats full and not had a problem... she does not drink more then a glass normally during dinner.

I am not sure when your booked but all the offers I have heard about and seen were within 90 days of sailing...from what I hear it is when Travel Agents and group bookings turn in there unused Cabins they have not sold they then sort out what they have. Plus I am assuming you have a casino offer because of the OBC I Had one of those free casino offers last Year but it was a Inside Cabin I called and asked about upgrades and was denied...My PVP said it is a Casino deal and he couldn't touch it and I would lose the deal I had which was free room $250 casino chips plus drinks....I emailed the Players Club and was told ... Look we gave you a great deal already.....Which they did... In May I Had a Cruise to Alaska and was inside again But a Different offer, still a good deal through the casino but i payed more it was 500 OBC and drinks ...i got an offer to upgrade to a Balcony for $400 i took it. my siblings who were next door to me tried but were under a better deal... the one i had before... and were rejected... coming up in October I am doing a 4 day Baja I got a casino deal, the book now pay later...with 500 OBC drinks etc. I booked a Aft Extended Balcony which I have wanted for years to do i paid $900 but im a share holder but I have other OBC so total OBC will be $700 great deal right.... I did get a upgrade offer a dew weeks ago to a Suite for $320 I turned it down I have had suites before I am Platinum so all the perks I already get... So Be patient nobody has a clue when and where or how the Upgrade Fairy works....my experience calling and asking goes no where.

When I went to Alaska in May..my Wife did not want to go, but I still went, and we cancelled her about 50 days prior to sailing, I was still charged double occupancy and was charged a $99 dollar penalty. my PVP said, and he was correct that we booked it with a $99 non refundable deposit so we ate the deposit. and he rebooked the Cabin under just me. Now yours was a no show. and he didn't cancel I've heard a lot of no shows happening and my Family has had no shows.... I have heard every time that they reimburse the port fees and taxes as well as pre payed tips and carnival booked excursions.. Why a penalty this time. *shrug* I would make phone calls asking why and keep asking until your 100% satisfied that you owe the money or they let you off the hook

ummm,,, in my case it was my wife who couldn't go but I still went, I canceled her and I had a pay a $99 cancelation fee. which was basically a non refundable deposit, plus I lost $150 OBC which she had so... without knowing the details of your deal or contract, I would "as others advised" leave it alone, both of my siblings spouses have missed cruises as well they just showed up and said there not gonna make it....OBS was added to their sail and sign for port fees and taxes. now with all of that being said if the cabin was booked as them as the primary and booking the rate under there VIFP code "like a free cabin" then you might want to get better advice because that could turn into a different story.

It was pretty easy to put the info in...it gave me peace of mind, that if I lost paperwork.....but I still brought the paperwork. I did not save alot of time.... If you do a lot of traveling I would say for sure get it. It helps you stay organized.

It is very frustrating j know... I just went through it...I wanted to surprise my friends and family with buying them steakhouse and could not do so online... I went first day about 5pm to reserve a table for 7 and it was almost impossible to do in the first 5 days... I mentioned i even tried to ask John Heald on Face book to help.... but did not get a answer.. and asked how can you do it... she kind of stumbled her words mentioned that internet reservations have priority then i said but how can i do it when you dont offer more then your cabin... and then she found a spot for me on day 3... I wish i had an answer for you... I tried to find out but was givin the ol.... ya i know...im sorry treatment .. i hope others can help I will be watching with for better answers I hope

they have canceled them because of Covid... no slot tourney either, they give the Platinum players the $25 cash now instead I am sure they will come back some day....
