So, only when you make a bid do you see the actual location of the cabin?

Aw! Why do they do that? The cruise in question is SOLD OUT but, we still get an email that says we can upgrade to a Sky Suite, an Owner's Suite, a Penthouse Suite, a Premium Suite or a Vista Suite. All these suites don't show up when you check the cruise because the cruise is SOLD OUT. Do they simply hold these cabins with the possibility that an existing cruiser will upgrade? How does one know where the location of these cabins are, (there are people who are concerned with location).

I know people who have simply paid for the cost of the cruise with not a penny more. No package, no specialty dining, no spa, etc. And, from talking with them, they had a fantastic cruise.

I wouldn't provide a credit card information for shoreside; don't know who or what they are, don't trust them, --- providing this info for shipboard on Princess is ok. From Princess staff they said it doesn't affect your boarding. (fingers crossed).

One problem I see with the new app is with the credit card process. I've authorized a credit card for shipboard charges on Princess. That's ok. But it wants a credit card for shoreside charges and wants me to authorize something named Radiqal Gaming, LLC to store my payment method. Who are these people? We never use a charge card on shoreside, only cash. Not authorizing it so my Payment Methods are incomplete.

We were so not impressed that we're cancelling a 54-day cruise. Can't imaging going on a cruise for 54 days with the same thing for lunch every day.
There are 2 items that rotate on and off the menu, but the majority is the same every...single...day. Of the always available items, half were things that neither of us would eat.
On 2 days we gave up and went to the buffet. That was not much help. On both days, the carving station had baked chicken and pork roast.
What has happened to variety? It used to be hard to decide what to eat...not anymore.
Sadly disappointed in this new menu.
If you’re looking for fine dining, you should head for a high quality restaurant not a cruise.

Just make sure you call early, like 9:00 a.m. when they open up. You get a better chance of getting a rep at this time, but no guarantee

I've been on that screen longer than I was in queue. It asks me if I'm still waiting every 10 minutes or so, then back to the above.
I'm on hold with Princess for an hour so far, and still waiting on chat. We'll see if I get through tonight.
Love it when they keep asking you if you are still waiting; guess they want you to hang up!

If and when you get an opportunity to do an upgrade to your reservation, is it worth the cost? Is there anything you have to be aware of or concerned with, if you do the upgrade? Is this a “bid on the upgrade” issue?Thanks!

I wasn't using there in app camera but selecting a pic I had, so information in their tips would have been helpful. I just started playing with the image and re-uploading to test. Finally hit upon it. Maybe you could try a different file type or resize smaller before uploading.

For us location is important and not knowing where may be an issue. We are also all set, got green line status, check-in ok, got our luggage tags, medallions to be shipped, and now to change the reservation just may screw up the works!
