  1. Hi Andy, Thank You so much, I understand that you are very busy here on Cruise Critic:D I also want to Thank You for posting about getting all three of the 123go, I was able to get that tonight:cool:

Also, in your personal opinion, I think my sailing will drop significantly after final payment with this great deal do you think it would be worth the risk to lose the 123 for the price drop:confused: It is Norway or Eastern Med and the ship Infinity and Reflection both are not even 3/4 sold for late June and early July.

  2. Hi Zales,

I would think you might be taking a chance, after the promotion ends. As you are paying for 2, why not add the 2nd Guest as TBA, or add the name of the person you are most likely to sail with. You can always change it before final payment. Just make sure your name is in the Guest 1 slot.

    I hope this helps.

Well, I have another cruise on hold at the same time, and so I did not want to put down $1800 so I did $450 on one and $450 on the other, until I decide which cruise I want to do.

  3. Please keep in mind that cruisetrail has not been on Reflection, but that hasn't stopped him from complaining about her, and even before she was completed. Take his comments with a large does of skepticism about the validity of his opinions. I have been on her and I can describe her from actual experience, not opinion.

The photos he posted show decks 11 and 12 under the overhang. Because the pool deck has been raised on Reflection (making it easier to move around on the upper levels, by the way), these staterooms are one deck higher than her sisters. These would be decks 10 and 11 on the other four S-class ships. All the staterooms in these photos are Aquaclass on Reflection, some of them the new AQ suites.

The upper decks are wider to provide more space around the pools and the deck above, creating the overhang. The staterooms under the overhang are a favorite for some people, especially in hot, sunny climates such as the Caribbean, because the overhang provides good shading and keeps the staterooms a bit cooler. Most (but not all) cruise ships have similar overhanging decks.

Unlike Cruisetrail, I consider Reflection to be the best of the five S-class ships. But then, what do I know. I only spent 14 nights on her, while Cruisetrail has refused to sail on her, so I can't possibly be as knowledgeable about her as he is.:rolleyes:

Thank You boogs;) for both the history, and the description:D Also, this would be my first Celebrity cruise so I have no comparison to make, but all in all it's good to know that she is the best:p

  4. cruisetail, uh I am new to Celebrity and not too familiar with the deck plans. Can you please tell me what decks are these and what category so I can know to stay away. I think I am familiar with the lifeboat decks I think on 5 and 6, but this overhang thing is new to me:eek:
