We like the Sunshine.
We are sailing on her again in July
-
I also put a copy of our luggage tags in each piece of luggage.

One Playlist Production show DOES have live band, it is the American Rocks! show. We saw it last year and loved it. They had the rock band onboard do it with the show performers. Its even better than Epic Rock if you get a chance to see it.
Actually not a fan of the Epic Rock show.
At least there are live cover bands else were on the ship.

We leave cash is one of the drawers for fast access.
No problems in 22 cruises.
-
-
Depending on the excursion. We usually only take one because they get heavy.
-
Our experience was we booked the same cabin.
We had to pay two deposits.
We had to go to two muster drills. All three of us had our sail and sign card scanned.
We received our new sail and sign cards before we left the ship.
We did leave the ship to visit customs between cruises. We walked back on. Took many photos of the different places on the ship without any one on board.
Sorry for all of the "we"'s.
Back to back cruises are great.

We have sailed on the Breeze twice and are sailing on the Sunshine for the second time in July.
Both are nice ships. I found the Breeze to be less crowded than the Sunshine. I like the food on both.
Did not like the main show lounge on the Sunshine with all of the chairs and no tables.
Like the 4D theater on the Breeze.
The serenity deck on the Sunshine is Great. However we were never able to find a place to sit there.
I like the extra hot tubs on the Breeze.
If they were both sailing out of my port I would pick the Breeze. As mentioned above we are sailing on the Sunshine in July,

How much was the package?
-
I thought it was one bottle per passenger.
-
I drink the ice tea. My drink of choice in the main dining room. I do add sugar since I like sweet tea. I don't think it is any different from ice tea at most of the resturants on the main land

You only get points for days at sea.
Not how much you spend.

This will be my kids first cruise on Carnival and I was wondering if I could sign them up for VIFP numbers? They are 5 and 8 so they don't have their own phone numbers or emails but if possible I'd like to get them enrolled so they could start getting credit for their cruises! With two booked and a third one on the horizon, they might hit gold before they even get a drivers licence!
If you have a sail & sign card you have a VIFP number.

It use to be $100 for seven days cruises.
$50 will still be good.

We have said on the Breeze and the Dream. We like the Breeze better and sailed on it again.

The Sensation is a very nice ship we have sailed on her many times for great cruises.
Have a great cruise.
-
With over 20 Carnival cruises I have only seen them once. You have to get up early to see them before people start moving them to take the chairs. :)
-
Some local car dealerships here give free cruises with auto purchases. Most of the time it is with Carnival. Two passengers in an inside cabin.
-
We sailed in January before and did not get into the water. However our main dining room table mates from Michigan that the water was nice.
-
We have sailed on some ships for the ship and some for the itinerary. Sometimes the cruise meets our date requirements. One in a while we just take whatever is available to get on a ship in the ocean.
Six of the ships we have been on we sailed more than once.
We have been to 27 different ports. Seven we have been more than once. Some because there is so much to do there and some just because they are part of the itinerary.
-
We like the convince of parking in the parking structure.
With the new tunnel under the bay getting to the port is much easier.
-
We have not been moved from a cabin on Carnival yet.
That said Carnival can move you if they want to. It is in the cruise contract you agree to when you book your cruise.
-
Actually it may be better to have FTTF if there was a delay. You would board faster than many of the masses.
Or just get there early and get zone one.
-
Go to guest services and they will set the card limits the way you want them.
Lanyard or not?
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
On the ship we always wear one.
It's much easier than getting my card out of a pocket.
We don't use a lanyard in ports.
