  1. i am a smoker, my husband not.  I really like the smoking area.  For me it is more than smoking, its a social thing, everybody talks to everybody, we are having fun, laugh.  People from around the world.  I make friends with non smoking passengers to but it takes more time.  My husband is always amaze that i make friends so quick onboard, my reply is always the same , the smoking area 🙂 I will never smoke inside or on the balcony.  Every cruise it amazed me to see people flapping their arms and give us the dirty look and say outloud Ouach those smokers.  We have just that tiny space and you have all the ship.  no need to pass by the smoking area, there is another door on the other side, and those flapping their arms don't seems to get it, because I see them everyday going through the smoking area flapping their arms, maybe it's a new workout 🙂

  2. In 2016, we were on the Quest on the maiden voyage to Australia barrier reef cruise and Australia New-zealand cruise. One day we had a a chat with Phillip, and he ask us where we are from (he probably notice our french accent) so we said Quebec City. He ask for my cabin number and the next day we had an invitation to lunch and spend some time onboard when the ship will dock at Quebec City next september. We accept the invitation, he was there at the gangway to welcome us back home. I could bring some maple syrup gifts to give to our favorite staff. Lots of good memories and we spent a lovely time onboard and a delicious lunch. Thank you Phillip.

  3. Bonnie, not your fault, but big mistake from Azamara. I Was an Azamara groopie, i recommend your company to so many people, as they never heard of it. I have a bad taste in my mouth and loose confidence. Business is business, Azamara can do whatever they want and i can do whaterver i want. That,s my perogative as customer. ( i hope my english is understable)

  4. At 19:53 eastern timei was talking to my husband about the cruise snd send him the link. He find it good but was on night shift so he had to ask his boss, if it's ok for is time-off. So he called me as soon as he get home as i am in another city right now. So we were discussing everything and went to the website and i said what the double upgrade, the inside cabins are $3000 higher per person. I really liked Azamara and we stretch our budget to go with Azamara. But a total of $6000 more (for both of us) we can't. It is frustating when you see your cruise inside at $5000 and the next morning the same inside is $8000. We are looking elsewhere for a small ships.

  5. We were on the cruise when it visited Quebec City!

I have been to Canada 6 times as my sister lives there, but I had never been to Eastern Canada, so it was a great opportunity to be on the TA, Southampton to Montreal (also the inaugural sailing of Quest to Quebec)

We loved it, especially the Montmoreancy Falls.

However, it was slightly too early to see the Fall colours, so we will be back.

Yes to early for the fall colors, the best is around October 10

we got married almost 4 years ago in the Manor at Montmorency falls oct 19

    here are some pictures

  6. Thank you IATA for the video review!

I am especially fond of your comment "Best cruise ever!":hearteyes:

And it was, it was azamazing. The crew, the food, itinerary, shore excursions, azamazing nights, white night and the best touch was while talking with Mr. Herbert, we told him that we were french canadian from Quebec City. The next day i receive a letter from him in my stateroom, inviting us to spend the day onboard while the ship will be in Quebec City. And we did, another day in paradise :) and to meet, kiss, bring quebec Maple syrup to crew that we love.
