We are on the Encore now and you can go on and listen to the music and have drinks for free they will tell you where you can sit.  It's a pretty cool venue, nicely decorated and comfortable. Live music is from 8:30pm nightly from what I've noticed.

Beautiful ship with a great crew!

If you go into the casino would you look if they have dollar machines that are $5 a spin.  I'm hosting a slot pull and I want to do a $5 machine hoping they have them.  Please only asking if you frequent the casino anyway you might have notice the dollar machines.

    Tuesday Movie

    Wednesday Movie

    Thursday 10:30:Glow Party

    Friday 10:30 Ocean Music Fest

    Saturday Movie

What is the Ocean Music Fest like?  Been on many NCL cruises but never heard of this one.

  3. Doing the Encore in May trying to plan shows and trying not to book them the nights they  have deck parties.

I know they have Glow, 70's 80's 90's what ones does the Encore do.

Can anyone who sailed on the Encore tell me what nights on a 7 night did they do the deck parties and what they were.

  4. I'm bring a few people who have never sailed on NCL.  I want to know if they play Deal or No Deal and Dance with a crew member (their version of Dancing with the stars) on the Encore.  I know they would enjoy these activities but I need to know for sure before I bother to tell them about them.  I've done the Breakaway & Getaway and both ships do this.  I don't want to tell them about things and have them disappointed if they don't do them on the Encore.   Thanks

  5. I've been to Nassau and gone to Atlantis many times. They run vans non-stop for $4 a person during the day. My questions is this time I will be in Nassau till 10 pm and wanted to know if anyone else has been there that late at night to know if the vans are running that late. Can I get a Van in the evening?

  6. I'm going on the Getaway and wanted to know if O'Sheehan's still offer the Chicken Pot Pie and Mozzarella sticks? If you've been on the Getaway a few times and know of things they've taken off their menu what were they.

I was just on the Breakaway and they no longer offer the Chicken Pot Pie and Mozzarella sticks on their menu. I thought the Chicken Pot Pie was very good and I always saw people ordering it so I don't know why they stopped offering a dish that was very popular.

  7. Has anyone used their points for the Hilton for a one nights stay only to stay at the hotel for the day? Usually you can't check in till 4pm. We would want to start using the hotel amenities by 9 am and leave at 5 pm. Has anyone done this yet was it okay with the hotel this kind of arrangement?

  8. We were just on Anthem in April. Lounge hours are associated with dining times. If classic dining times are 530 and 8, then happy hours are 430-800. If dining times are 6 and 830, then happy hours are usually 5-830. Complimentary drinks are usually pretty basic liquors (mixers such as juices, tonics) and wine/beer. There will be a menu available in the DL. No froze drinks. What do you mean by "experiences"?

Are there many people in the lounge? I'm traveling solo this time and if there aren't many people in the lounge I would probably want to order a drink and leave with it. Can you do that order a drink and leave with it? Do they have food or bar snacks in the lounge? Is there a limit to how many drinks you can order?

  10. I've been reading a lot of different things about the excursion package.

You use to only be able to get the $50 for books by calling your booking in. Now they are saying you can book on line and it's a $50 credit on your S&S card.

Has anyone recently done the excursion package. If it's a credit on your S&S card does that mean I don't really have to use it as payment on excursions but let it be a credit for anything that is billed to my S&S card?

I'll be doing Bermuda which states it is a $150 credit for excursions.

Since I've been there many times will not need to do excursions would like to just use it for general credit on my S&S. Anyone done this yet?

  11. I'm on the same b2b. It's gonna be a fun 14 nights!!!

Yes, defiantly looking forward to 14 nights of fun.

I haven't done this ship before but have done others in this class. The first time I did a b2b there was only 4 of us that was a couple of years ago. Last year the b2b I did had almost 200 people. They even did a group picture and gave it to us as a gift. The first week I will be celebrating my first Milestone 25th cruise. Other then the 25% they give in OBC as a gift it will be interesting to see what other things they will do to commemorate it.

  12. Jase Apps is currently on the Conquest until December 16th after that is not posted who will replace him yet! Happy cruising

The CD scheduled John posted is not correct. Jase just posted he just spent the last week at Carnival's headquarters in Miami and is now getting on the Breeze to train with Matt for a week then he is taking over the Freedom. He was suppose to be on the Conquest need someone who has recently been who might have an idea who is taking over the ship. Wee Jimmy usually only covers vacation time for CDs.
