Can anyone tell me if they allow smoking in the Piano Bar on the Conquest?

What has Carnival done to entertain the 18 to 20 year olds? I heard awhile back that there were plans to do something for this age group. Anyone experienced anything yet for this age group?
-
Last year when I was on the Breakaway I could make reservations for the Improv show. When I bring up entertainment to make reservations the Improv isn't on the list of shows. Does anyone know if they no longer require reservations and if so how does it work when you want to go see an Improv show?

Will be going on the Breakaway. Anyone play bingo recently? Do they use dabbers or are the cards still poke and fold number on the card.
Carnival and Royal Caribbean have changed their bingo's to using dabbers to mark the numbers now. So if you play bingo bring your own dabber from home. CCL charges $2 and RCCL charged $1.50 and the bottles are mini size.

I will be on NCL and I've checked their excursions and did not see any Jet Skiing being offered. Do you just go to a beach and rent them?
If so what beaches rent them, cost and time offered. Thanks

What is the current Taxi situation in NYC port.
I was there once and we had to cross the street to get a taxi but on the next trip we were directed to the top deck where they were giving out tickets to wait for taxi service.
Which is normal taxi service at the NY port?

I am doing the Pride repositioning cruise to Baltimore.
I need to know if there are Taxis at the Baltimore Port waiting for passengers.
How far is the Cruise Port to the train station? Does anyone have an idea of the cost of a taxi to Baltimore Penn Station?

I've been trying to research the UBP they are giving away when booking a cruise on these boards but have yet to find the answer to my questions.
How does the server get their gratuity with this package?
When in Bermuda do they charge an extra tax on drinks like they do in the US ports?
Thanks

Does any know if the kids can use their Soda cards when we are at Stirrup Cay for the day?

When you get off the ship in Port Canaveral there are companies that offer transportation to Coco Beach and Kennedy Space center. I remember Coco Beach was $19 round trip but I don't remember the cost to go to Kennedy Space center or how often they go.
Anyone been lately that can give me any details on the transportation to Kennedy Space center.
Thanks.

Wow what a weird name for someone to take as stagename
He did say that is nickname came from the movie Shrek's friend "Donkey" and there being some similarities between them in looks and personality that his friends gave him the nickname.
If anyone knows his real name please share.
I cruise a lot and would even pick a ship if I knew he was going to be on it.
-
Either there is more then one guy with the nick name of "Donkey" or he just likes to go on a different ship each time he finishes his contracts.
To describe him he looks Hispanic with a very skinny build. Very funny hosted the adult games night when I was on the Splendor.
-
This probably wont help you since it has been almost a year....he was on the Fantasy when we cruised last Dec.
He was on the Splendor in March & April but when I went back in May he was gone on vacation and when I was on the Splendor again in August he didn't return and there wasn't one original person left on the CD's entertainment staff who would have know him. Even the cruise director Malcolm Burns was now on vacation in August so couldn't even ask him.
-
A young fellow who worked on the cruise director's entertainment staff has the nick name of "Donkey". He use to work on the Carnival Splendor over the winter months but after his vacation he did not return to the Splendor. I thought he was so talented and fun that I'd love to know what ship he is on now. I don't know his given name but Donkey is such an unusual nick name someone might know what ship he is now on. If someone should know his given name that would help me look him up to see if he is on any social media sites that I might be able to write to him.

I will be doing Breakaway in Oct. Florida/Nassau.
I've seen on You Tube the Welcome back reception the crew do while in Port.
Do they do this on the Breakaway? What port do they do this in?
At what time of the day is the crew on the gangway to welcome you back?

Happy Saturday! We are scheduled to sail on the Breeze and just received a free upgrade offer, which would let us switch from our just-booked interior cabin midship on Deck 7 (Empress) to an aft-facing oceanview on Deck 2.
Any thoughts re: engine noise (or anything else) we should consider? We had a balcony on our last cruise (I prefer lounging up on one of the main decks), so losing a small balcony or not having a window isn't a big deal.
This will be an 8-day Southern Carib cruise.
Thanks much. :D
Stayed on Deck two cabin window faced the ships wake. Some of these rooms are odd shaped some larger layouts then standard ocean view cabins. I did not have any vibration cabin was fine. I did have a cabin on the Glory same location and boy did that cabin vibrate. So I guess since the Breeze is newer the engines are better therefore don't give off that horrible vibration that an older ship does. Enjoy the Breeze it's Carnivals most impressive ship I've ever been on.

Any idea how long Eric will be the CD?
Malcolm left for home on 6/25 and they usually get two months off.
-
When I did a B2B on the Breeze I got a letter telling me to be at the show lounge at a certain time. They gave us our new cards then escorted us off the ship down the escalator were a man from customs was waiting to receive our cards then we went right back up the escalator back on the ship. Quick and easy.

Has anyone recently been on the Splendor since Malcolm left for vacation on 6/25.
Wanted to know who is the CD while he is on vacation?
Also, is his asst. CD back from vacation his nickname is "Donkey"?

I was reading that to get to the cabana's on the private island at some point you have to use steps but it did not mention if they had railings. I have mobility issues and would need handrails to go up and down steps. I don't want to spend $399 for a cabana and not be able to get to it.
Anyone who's done this would appreciate any advice on what to expect.
Thanks

We just got off Splendor this morning and we received the coffee mug also....
Would you please tell me who the current Cruise Director on the Splendor is while Malcolm is on vacation?
Thanks
-
Malcolm the CD on the Splendor just left for vacation.
Anyone know who the current CD is?
Is Malcolm's assistant CD "Donkey" back from his vacation?
Thanks

Need to know in the dining room which deck or level do they use for Your Time Dining on the Breeze.
I was just on the Splendor and was disappointed that they used the first floor for YTD people which is the best level for dining. The Early and Late dining were put upstairs where you can't see the servers sing and dance.
I have Early seating on the Breeze and will change it to YTD whichever is on the first floor of the dining room.
