I hate to break it to you, but nothing was "made for special for you" ..  that cake came on frozen from Sysco and he just customized your plate ..  and all the other stuff was just assembled from things already on hand.   No one is THAT "VIP" that some chef is back there in some special kitchen preparing special request things to order.   Especially on a ship that holds 6,000+ pax.

You hate to tell me... I realize they didn’t go shopping for special food. And used existing provisions to assemble dishes. But the dishes made for us are not available anywhere else on the ship he day it was made for us.... when was the last time you saw Philippine peanut beef   Hope your cruises are as fine as mine

Forgot to ask if there is a charge for beer & wine outside the "Happy Hour" time?  I know this is probably a dumb question but can't imagine drinking for free 11 to 11.  I presume regular ship prices apply.  Prior cruises we might split a beer at lunch and then enjoy Diamond Lounge until time for dinner.

In the SLbeer wine soda is free from 11-11 but only in the SL. Unlimited select cocktails 4:30-8pmin the SL

Is there a bartender for the beer, wine, soda or is it serve yourself?

I have 3 GS's 1 JS and 1 BWB booked for November 19 for 12 adults.  From what you posted it seems like the 8 of us booked in GS's can enjoy beer or wine from 11 to 11.  Is that correct?

    Yes you all enjoy

  4. Today’s report.   Off the ship at st Thomas, walked around and made a small investment in their tourist economy.  Perfect weather  back on ship for a short nap before dinner at 150 CP.... comped by our TA I had scallops appetizer and tenderloin entree, very good... DW had salad and backed cod... I also had their cucumber martini- very refreshing  I skate  is to nights entertainment .... while having drinks in the SL. The hotel director comes in , Irfan... walks up to me a days how you doing Barry.... I met him during the M&M. Surprised he remembered my name he wanted to to know what I thought of The services... after we getback to room and a glass block of harmony is greeting us. Tomorrow is st Maarten... we are doing an am bus tour, check out some stores and sail away on the helipad.... not much going on entertainment wise tomorrow.... having been on the ship a few times recently we’ve seen them

Thanks for your review.  We're boarding on Sunday.  Can you please let me know if beverages are available from the Suite Lounge during the day?  I've heard/seen conflicting stories about this.  We've sailed on Oasis/Allure in GS and was able to get soda, etc during the day from the SL.

    Thanks!

Yes beer wine soda 11-11 mixed drinks for  4:30-8... or later if they like you

Will be on Harmony on April 21st w my 1 year old and 2 year old. How was boarding?  We have the Key (I know you don’t need that in a GS), but did u notice any signs for Key holders when boarding?  Looking forward to following this thread!  Enjoy your cruise!

Boarding was quick and easy. Key owners have a separate seating area and check in. They board with suite guests on the ship by 10:30

  7. Today’s recap:  breakfast at coastal kitchen.... relaxing and the food comes out hot- cruise critic meet. and mingle, 307 signed up, 150 showed up- great time. People brought items to raffle off from their home, as well as rci giving gifts away the high light gift was a silver bracelet with stone- very high end- first time I saw that from rci.... it was held in dazzles- not the best venue for mingling   After that we had a slot pull 65 sign up- 41 show up. Another fun event- although we did not win a nice sunny day at sea, albeit very rocky- lots of ship movement. Lunch was at park cafe for a roast beef sandwich- always good,  walk around the ship, then an afternoon nap.  diner was excellent at coastal kitchen, chef Henry made  us a Philippine dish- beef in peanut sauce, some vegetable dish and rice- amazing. For tomorrow night chef Henry is making us a surprise lamb dish  .  We were planning to see comedy show tonight, but DW got a headache so back to the room after a short walk around.... hope a good movie is on tv tonight

  8. Today’s/night recap. Rain all day and no sun in Nassau.  Breakfast in CK was good and relaxing. Walked all over the ship in the morning and early afternoon hoping the rain would stop, it didn’t. Had a bravo and saw them take someone off the ship by ambulance. Took a nap. At SL by 5:30 much more crowded than day one... I blame the rain. Met a couple from cruise critic. Dinner in CK amazing. Henry made us curry lamb , dal, vindaloo paneer nice and spicy.... after up to schooner bar, met another cruise critic couple piano planner did about an hour and half of Elton John songs...a good time. Then back to SL for drinks, pretty empty? Staff alwYs friendly and greeted by name. Tomorrow is the meet and mingle... 307 signed up, I guess about a 100 show up- which would be big tomorrow dinner in CK is Philippine food, beef in peanut sauces do whatever else Henry makes. The Italian cheese cake was amazing he made for me

  9. Good morning. We are at Nassau,  we are in gs 11250. Great sleep last night, bed is firm, but comfortable  last night billy Joel tunes at schooner bar, very good .  The tub in the gs bathroom is a nightmare to navigate for an old person like me or anyone short it’sver deeper not levelwith the bathroom floor.  So you gotta kinda step up to step down. Also he floor of the tip very slippery especially when wet... these two issue are an accident waiting to happen.  The tv is way too big considering how close it is to the sitting area .  For us we will stick with OS cabins.  The staffing this ship are great. Always get a greeting from all staff... room steward greAts us by name as do all staff in CK and SL. The SL seems empty, no problem getting a seat by the window to have an excellent martini with elite vodka thanks @andycfor turning me on to it  despite ir being a spring break season, kids are not a problem, demographic seems very European   Today’s agenda is walk around the ship, take a brief walk down the pier, relax. Tonight Henry, CK chef is making us special Indian food.  Tomorrow he is making us ox tails, African style- kinda like a specialty restaurant within a specialty restaurant.... Mary is the bar tender- she is great... knows our names and makes a great martini and margarita
