  1. We stayed in it almost three years ago. It is a beautiful room and we enjoyed the privacy (only one neighbor) and the people watching on the lido deck. I do have pictures but I don't have them on a site that I can post here from. If you want to send me an email with Fantasy Pics in the subject I can email them to you. My email is my user name above at yahoo.com. If you have any specific questions please ask.

Also if you have sail another line that has perks for suites you will be disappointed because the room is all you get.

  2. We will be doing out third trip to Bermuda in late May and this one will be a land vacation. Since we have six days :D in Bermuda are there any places (other than those usually mentioned here) that you would suggest? We are staying at Grotto Bay and have a list so far of places we missed or want to return to but we will still have plenty of time.

We will be there for Bermuda Day and are wondering if things will be closed that day. If so we will just hang out at the resort and relax.

    Thank you so much!

  3. Misfit,

Im glad you were happy with Duke. It sounds like you saw a lot. I just contacted him based on such good reviews on here and he was available the full day we are in Bermuda in August. He suggested we start at 830-9 and have at least a 4-5 hour tour. Your tour looks like it lasted much longer. Do you think it was too long? Did you let him know what you wanted to see mostly? Did you see everything you wanted? Was your 1030 start time your request or his? And did you have to meet him by taking the ferry or would he have picked you up at the ship?

We are docking at Kings Wharf and I havent done much homework to see where the heck that is....and what we want to see while there so i told him we were flexible. The Swizzle Inn however is definately on our list of "to do's". Now that the school year is almost over, I can begin the planning. Oh...also, when you were at seaglass beach did you swim and spend a lot of time or simply go to see and for photo ops. We figured the other half days we are there can be beach and water sport days. Would love your thoughts.

All of those were our choice. We had been to Bermuda before and had an idea of things we wanted to do and we love St. George. We also had two first timers with us so we hit some duplicates from our first visit. I chose to take the ferry to St. George and meet him there (we enjoy the ride and it took less time than if he picked us up then drove there to start the tour. I don't think it made a difference because we got to see some pretty views from the ferry and took some great pics. ) and work our way back to Dockyard (Kings Wharf). That way we did the furthest away things first and spent the next morning before we sailed at Dockyard. The start time was all based on the ferry schedule, the first one left at 10am (we were hoping for 9am) so he was waiting at the ferry dock for us. We took time to visit the sea glass beach and to watch the dunking of the wench in St. George along with several other spots to get out and see. The timing for us did work well going to the Swizzle Inn for lunch!

We enjoyed the entire tour and wouldn't hesitate to use him again when we return to Bermuda.

  4. Shelia, we will be on the Fantasy beginning May 19 and you have answered other questions for me. We will be with Duke's son, Nick. How long was your tour and where all did you go? Did you eat lunch? If so, where?

Hello again! We had Duke from about 10:45 am (we took the ferry to St George and met him there) till about 5:15 pm. We went to the sea glass beach (our request), toured St George including the dunking of the wench, one of the pink sand beaches plus many others with photo op's everywhere. Driving tour of Hamilton, botanical gardens, It was a pretty detailed tour so it is hard to remember everything, I do know we went in all of the parishes in Bermuda.

We had lunch at The Swizzle Inn at our request. We invited Duke to join us but he declined.

  5. I am on another forum and one of our "regular cruisers/posters" just got back from a cruise on Emerald Princess and she put the gel things from the $ store on her cabin door and said it was a HORROR story. NOT when she took them DOWN but as she put them UP. She said they dripped and stained and stuck and she felt so bad/guilty for the cabin steward that she spent a COUPLE HOURS trying to get the stain OFF the door. I put tons of things on our cabin door, but I print them off on the computer and bring duct and/or scotch and/or masking tape to keep the stuff up. Just a heads up from what I read. Have a GR8T cruise! :D

Thanks so much for the heads up. I would feel terrible if that happened. I may just make something to print out too. This is the first time we will be in the middle of a long hall and I want to make it easy to find.

  6. I have a size 20 Black w/Blue sequins pants suit available. It has a sleeveless top, pants, and a long sleeve shear jacket. It is in excellent shape.

If you would like it for shipping cost, please email. camjankowski at sbcglobal dot com with the word pant suit in the subject.

Pics do not do it justice, but I could not get any better.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.
