We will be in Sydney one day before we embark on a 27 days Princess cruise from Sydney to L.A. We will not have any Australia ports, but will have 3 NZ ports. I don't want to deal with Customs when entering Sydney, so decided not to bring any snacks from the U.S. Plan to buy some packaged snacks in Sydney so can bring on shore to eat during our long excursions in NZ. Will we be allowed to bring those coconut bars off the ship in NZ. I heard so many posts saying we are not allowed to bring food off the ship during port visits.

We are thinking of trying out the Harmony restaurant. Do you any pictures of food from your dinner in that restaurant? The portion is good size or tend to be small?

Just want to know, in the bathroom, liquid hand soap or bar soap? Large bottle or lotion or mini size bottle? When we were on Discovery in November, we had liquid hand soap and a large bottle of lotion. Thank you.

Bay of Islands will be one of our ports on our upcoming April cruise. Have a few questions: 1. You mentioned there are free shuttles from the tender pier to Paihia, free shuttles also available from Paihia back to tender pier? 2. Did the ferry, restaurants, and shops take credit cards or you got some NZD? 3. How much time you spent in Russell? We are thinking of doing the same thing you did. Take ferry to Russell first, check out the town, then ferry back to Paihia, check out Paihia. Our port stop is from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Would like to be at tender pier by 4:30 p.m. at the latest. Will we have enough time to do both Russell and Paihia? 4. Did you happen to see any bank ATM by the pier? Thank you.

That is too bad. I really hoping to continue with the Enchanted TA after my 20 days on her for the Caribbean (ending 4/6).

Thanks. Nice to know it is not for 2024. I booked Enchanted 20 days cruise from 3/17/24-4/6/24, and hoping 4/6/24 Enchanted will be doing the TA so I can book it as b2b to my 20 days. As of now, still not seeing Enchanted's schedule from 4/6/24 forward.

What is a spout?

I sent my original email and replied to their questions using the same email address. I used the email given by several others on CC; askoceanmedallion@carnival.com.

What is the cost of using the Sanctuary? Must it be booked for the entire cruise or can be booked by the numbers of days that we want to use that area? Can we use OBC to pay for it? Thank you.

Did it take a month for them to correct your problem? A month ago, I sent an email regarding the problem that I am showing blue and my status should be black. Two days later I received a reply from them asking for lots of questions (app version, phone type, etc). I replied with the info. After waiting for another 2 weeks and no reply from them, 2 weeks ago, I emailed/replied them again asking for the status, and as of now, still no reply.
