    Hi all, My wife'a niece from South America had to cancel her trip here next week as she hurt her back picking up her baby. That got me thinking.... What would happen if that happened in the U.S.? That is why I am asking about trip insurance for visitors to the United States.. Any help? Thank you...

    Wife got sick on our cruise and wanted to go to an urgent care when we got off the ship. We live close to the port, so this was confusing for me since it felt like our vacation ended once we stepped off the ship. Is that generally how trip insurance works? Does anyone have any experiences with this type of situation? Thanks, Kyle

    What a sh*t show. No one has reboarded yet and it 1:10pm. Lunch is being posted until every passenger is processed. Then we have to have a formal embarkation.

    Because of wind and weather we are not stopping at OC. Instead we are docking in Miami from now until midnight. All passengers have to get off the ship and be processed by CBP. It's not a good weather day in Miami as it's rainy and overcast. Shops and the casino will be closed until after we leave and hit international waters. I would of preferred to just stay at sea.

    I think I answered my own question, If it is controlled for a certain number of days and no prescription changes you would good?

    I am just wondering now of examples where your claim would be denied for a pre-existing condition. If you have high blood pressure and had a stroke or heart attack on your cruise is this a reason to deny any payment if you didn't have the p.e.c. waiver?

    This topic doesn't apply to me, but I buy a lot of travel insurance like to know the moving parts on how it works. So my question is how does a travel insurance check for a pre-exisitng condition after you submit claim?

    Yes, that is the thing, we are not pointed in any direction. I think we would like to see enchanted places and beautiful places. Maybe a mix of beach ports and culture. That is why I am here, I don't know what we want but we want to experience something new.

    Hello All - we are seasoned cruisers here in the U.S. but we want to get out of our comfort zone and take a European cruise. We will fly from NYC and looking for a cruise where you don't have to travel and hour or two to see the attractions. Is there such a cruise? Any tips or anything you would do differently to enjoy this bucket list trip? Thx.. Kyle
