Hi, I havn't sailed RCCL in a long time. What do I need from RCCL to board the ship? Is it all digital now? Is it my Setsail pass on my phone? Thanks...
Pro tip - a sports jersey is not a nice shirt. Neither is that sports cap. oh, and those pocket t-shirts that holds a pack of cigarettes, they are not in style right now. But don't throw them out I heard they might be coming back.
I was on the Epic that debarked in San Juan, I've read on our roll call that some guests didn't know San Juan was the port and they had to get off. They thought the ship was returning to NY.
I'm onboard and I just spoke to the cruisenext people. They are using some fast talking to make it sound like you are getting a deal. I told them I want to buy 2 certificates and want the obc to be applied to the cost (I will not be using the obc) then they said we will send you home with a$1000 then. I think she meant she will give me 4 certificates if I'm not going to use the obc. I have to go back down and challenge them on making this confusing so they get an extra sale.
Or what are you doing if you test positive for covid on the cruise? Does NCL isolate you? Do they contact trace or do you just mask-up and go about your cruise?
So if you cancel your cruise after Final payment and NCL underestimated the port fees, Do they say "sorry, we underestimated our port fees so therefore we are keeping it"?
That is what I am doing. i am just trying to understand why I can book something with NCL (outside of my TA) but I cannot cancel it or change it with NCL.
Has anyone booked with a travel agent and then booked an excursion or package on the NCL website? I did, and now I need to cancel one of them but NCL is telling me that I have to have my TA cancel it. Anyone have experience with this?
