Hi! received an upgrade offer to bid from our YC interior cabin to YC Deluxe suite. Minimum bid is $715pp. We received 30% off our current fare from a casino certificate. Does anyone know if this 30% off affects the minimum bid for an upgrade or is it the same for everyone in a YC interior? Thx... PS: In 2019 we bid $350pp for the same upgrade and won, that is why I wonder if the 30% off affects the minimum bid...

As far as the 9 month to use rule goes, I got the 30% discount last November. I had my travel agent call MSC and they let me apply the certificate to a new reservation for this November. So there seems to be some flexibility....
