We will definitely be cancelling our March 29th Regal cruise now...just too risky at this time. This is such a relief, and I will gladly take future cruise credit. This was such a good move on Princess's part.

Our March 29th sailing was on the Regal as well. We are going to cancel and take the future cruise credit. For us, it was just too risky at this time. But yeah....definitely a bummer.

Nice to see a company do the right thing and give customers the option. After 2 QT'd ships its definitely good to get some positive PR
Â
I have a sailing on Regal on the 15th, really debating cancelling. It will be a big bummer to miss a trip but the potential to be denied ports or worse QT'd seems like a much bigger bummer. There will always be more cruises 🙂

I just got the email as well, and we will be cancelling our March 29th cruise and taking future cruise credit. This was such a good move on Princess's part. What a relief!

We are in the exact same situation. We have a cruise planned on Regal set to sail on March 29th. We have until March 15th to cancel and get 25% back.Â

This is so good to hear. My daughter has tree nut allergies, and we sail on Brilliance of the Seas this coming Saturday. I've emailed the special needs department and have asked that they make a note on our reservation, but we will speak with the MDR and the head chef at Windjammer's as well.Â

Thank you so much for such a detailed and great review! We board Brilliance on Saturday, and we cannot wait. 🙂

My niece, her husband and their two-year-old son were on this ship. She texted me at 4am CT this morning, and the captain was already making announcements at that time. They conducted a cabin by cabin search and turned back to the area where they believe he fell overboard (the ship's cameras recorded his fall). Once the coast guard arrived to their location, they were cleared to return to port. They just docked an hour or so ago.
Â
She said that the captain and crew were amazing throughout and kept everyone informed. He was a young man...this is so incredibly sad.

I completely concur. We were on the 3/25 sailing, and had we not been in the Haven, this would have been an extremely disappointing experience. I have sailed on 15 cruises, and I have never experienced a worse (or more crowded) main pool area. I won't sail the Escape or any of her "sister" ships again unless I book in the Haven.

We are currently booked in an H6, and we received the upsell notice for the three categories above us. The starting bid was $750/pp for the first two people. We're not going to bid...the aft penthouse is where we want to be.

We are sailing on the Escape on 3/25, and we are SO doing this! We've wanted to try an escape room for awhile. This seems like a lot of fun!

I appreciated the thoughtful review and comparison. Our last cruise was on Oasis, and I'm eager to sail Escape in March. I think both lines are really good, but it may be hard to top the Oasis. It truly was an amazing ship.

It's good to read these comparisons. Our last cruise was on Oasis, and our upcoming March cruise will be on the Escape. Looking forward to sailing on this ship!

We are super excited to have an M6 for our upcoming cruise on the Escape. That balcony is incredible.:D

I have searched high and low, and I cannot find any information on the layout of Escape stateroom 14120. Does anyone know if the bed in this particular cabin is by the window or the closet? Would love to know this...thanks!

Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell, Pippin) just signed an agreement with Princess....very doubtful that Wicked would be on RCCL.

I just called and was able to save $200 on the two staterooms we have booked on our March 2016 Allure sailing for an overall savings of $400. I love when it works in my favor.... :)

Congratulations! We loved Oasis so much that we booked Allure for our spring break trip in March. The Oasis was, by far, my favorite ship EVER. I cannot wait to sail on Allure!
Â
Have a blast!!!!

There is a garden Gnome hidden in Central Park. We found the Oasis Gnome on our very last night....and I've been told that his "brother" is on Allure!

Happy hunting!:)

We just booked this excursion on our upcoming Allure sailing. Looks amazing!:)

We had an aft, Boardwalk balcony stateroom on the Oasis, and we did not care for it. While it was novel and fun to look both aft at the ocean and down at the activities, that novelty wore off quickly. We found that we much prefer an ocean view balcony stateroom that affords more privacy, isn't nearly as noisy and one where we can enjoy the view of the ocean.

Echoing what others have said, this card is a good one and really works. We've been able to use both the companion fare rewards as well as on-board credit in the past, and it's been very simple to redeem.
Â
Currently, we working toward a $750 on-board credit for our March 2016 cruise!

We're sailing the western route on Getaway in March 2016. I haven't heard anything yet about a change, but will keep a watch out. Update us if you hear more...

Any line tied with Minions?:D
Â
I would SO love it if Spongebob was replaced by Minions!!!! Not entirely sure that my kids would care, but I love minions!!!!:D
