I have T D Ameritrade also. Was declined today, because we had a hugely discounted rate to $100pp for the 15 day journeys cruise out of NYC to Southern Carribean in September 2023. They said: Good day, Thank you for submitting your request to apply the stockholder benefits. We appreciate the opportunity to be of assistance. Please note, we are unable to process your request to apply the shareholder benefit with the referenced reservation J7X0V0. In accordance with the terms of the shareholder onboard credit benefit, reservations with a reduced rate or a complimentary promotion do not qualify for the onboard credit; as well as guests cruising at travel agent rates or interline rates. While it may have been inadvertently accepted in the past, we are now adhering to the conditions of the shareholder program. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this has caused and trust, that as a Carnival investor, you will understand our position in this matter. Please reference the attached document regarding the shareholder onboard credit benefit policy. We hope that you will enjoy a fun and memorable cruise with us. Totally understandable. We bought 3 months ago for a really good price. Should've did it 12 years ago before the first cruise. Live and Learn. I hope they extend it as well.

Sure would be nice to get the $250 OBC for the 15 day cruise we have in September 2023. The website says it is only valid for cruises through July 31st at this time. I shall wait.

We were a little bummed as Jamaica and Grand Cayman were new to us, ports. We wanted to swim with the turtles. The letter didn't say how long extra we would be in Cozumel either. We want to go to Paradise Beach. But a cruise is a cruise and it isn't work!
