I'm so glad Kendra is joining the cruise. She brings a little bit of mystery to the review. "Will she make it on time?" "Where is Kendra?", etc. She brings out the best in you!

Those pictures of the private island are amazing. The brightness of the blues is stunning. It's hard to believe you took them with a non-DSLR camera.

Whatever I've seen or read about Biobay had beautiful pictures. Although I've been to San Juan several times, it's never been convenient to go. I was wavering on maybe staying a couple of days just to see it. Now I'm not so sure it's even on my bucket list anymore. I hate to be disappointed and I know I will if we go.

Let's face it...if you didn't get good photos of it then there is no such thing.

When you booked it did you tell them your son was in a wheelchair? I am not sure how they handle it but should be able to tell you if it could fit in the doorway.

Also if it doesn't, I've seen some posts about people renting wheelchairs for cruises and/or travel.

I booked a Carnival cruise for September leaving from Miami. Carnival changed the itinerary for that specific cruise and when my TA called them to change to another ship going to southern caribbean like my first cruise, they wanted to penalize me! She got them to waive it.

So now I'm booked on a Carnival cruise for next year because I could not get my down payment back.

I saw a Star Wars insulated bag under amenities so I may just bite the bullet and order ahead of time.

They used to sell a small insulated cooler bag which was perfect for excursions when you ordered a water package.

Rather than carry on a case of water I will buy my water from Disney. Does anybody know if they still offer the cooler? If so should I wait until we board to purchase it?

Well you definitely need birth certificates. But you also will need photo ID. Why not get your children a non-driver's license. I use that for my daughter. If you plan on doing a lot of cruising and/or traveling it's a good idea to get the passport. They last 10 years.

With Homeland Security being the way it is now you can't just go to the port and board a cruise ship any more.

I'm not sure about the 5 in a cabin but i'm thinking it's 4 tops. I'm sure another poster will be able to help you out there.

I was also able to download the tilt-shift app on my iPhone and it takes great pictures too.

I've been dying to try it since I first saw it on these boards. I was so bummed that my Canon DSLR doesn't have that setting, never figuring I could get it in a point and shoot.

While reading your reviews I almost bought an Olympus just to get it and then I stopped myself. I brought out my Canon D20 to play around with it and I googled tilt-shift on Canon D20 and found the setting...I was so excited!

I'm not a photographer..I use the auto setting all the time. I guess next cruise I'll be walking on the wild side...lol

It's called miniature effect. I can't wait to try it out on my next cruise.

I love your pictures. I have a Canon D20 underwater and I'm so excited to discover I can do the miniatures with it. I can't do it with my DSLR!
