  2. The first level is choice but that's all it takes to start getting casino offers.
  3. That ended 3/31. Everything's back to normal now.
  4. It appears that the majority of phone reps are just that PHONE REPS. They don't have an understanding of how the reservation system works. If they did they could get you a price drop or OBC within 5 minutes while you're on the phone along with an updated invoice reflecting the price drop or OBC.
  5. I'm living proof of that. I boarded the Mariner on 4/5 for 6 B2B's. On 4/8 I tested for the next cruise...Positive. I was moved immediately to isolation on deck 2 and escorted off the ship the next morning. I missed 2 cruises and tested negative to board the 4/19 cruise. So 4 out of 6 ain't bad...😂🤣

  7. Not at all. There's simply a link to go to, enter the reservation number, and if it's eligible hit submit and it's done immediately. I do it in less than a minute.
  8. Yes I did it for several of my reservations.
  9. If TA's can do it immediately I'm sure the phone reps can also.
  10. I you were eligible for OBC it should have been immediate. You need to call.
  11. Testing for B2B's ended this week. I confirmed it on the Mariner.
