It appears that the majority of phone reps are just that PHONE REPS. They don't have an understanding of how the reservation system works. If they did they could get you a price drop or OBC within 5 minutes while you're on the phone along with an updated invoice reflecting the price drop or OBC.
I'm living proof of that. I boarded the Mariner on 4/5 for 6 B2B's. On 4/8 I tested for the next cruise...Positive. I was moved immediately to isolation on deck 2 and escorted off the ship the next morning. I missed 2 cruises and tested negative to board the 4/19 cruise. So 4 out of 6 ain't bad...😂🤣
Not at all. There's simply a link to go to, enter the reservation number, and if it's eligible hit submit and it's done immediately. I do it in less than a minute.
