  1. Like I wrote I find most people follow these recommendations but we usually only cruise on TAs and these cruise have a different clientele than Caribbean cruises i have heard that clientele aunt Caribbean cruises can be really out there 😱😁
  2. I find most people follow Celebrity dress code Evening Chic is intended to be less dressy than Formal attire. Women should feel comfortable wearing: A cocktail dress Skirt, pants or designer jeans with an elegant top Men should feel comfortable wearing: Pants or designer jeans with a dress shirt, button-down shirt or sweater Optional sport coat or blazer Smart Casual attire can be enjoyed every other night of your cruise. Women should feel comfortable wearing: Skirt, pants or jeans with a casual top Men should feel comfortable wearing: Pants or jeans with a short sleeve sport shirt.
  3. We will storm the bridge and hold the ship in FLL until you can fly in 😁
  4. On RCL , most pinnacles are so much more demanding and obnoxious while on Celebrity the Zeniths just blend into the crowd
  5. All this talk about clothing 🙄 what I find way more offensive is other peoples perfumes and colognes🤢 Celebrity should go scent free , that includes getting rid of the selling of scents 😁
  6. Noooooooooo! you can’t be days late ! 😱 we all need to be in our red speedos for sailway at the Sunset Bar ! 😁
  7. You better just sail on Queen Mary from now on
  8. On the Explorer you could smell smoke on at least 3 decks , it was cold so a lot of people were just smoking in the casino 🤢
  9. Check out this link https://www.traveltomtom.net/destinations/europe/spain/best-spain-sim-card-for-tourists I have used Vodafone in the past and got a SIM card from simcorner.com last month and it worked great
  10. Just off Voyager of the Seas TA , B2B Baltic and Arctic TA Really hard to compare the two lines Voyager felt like it was Brigadoon, a lost and forgotten ship that was badly in need of a make over The silver backing on the mirrors was worn off. it the little thing that stand out, eggs in the Oceanview were made for you , in Windjammer they made up a bunch of egg plates and put them out Lobster on Celebrity they remove the meat from the shell, on Royal they don’t it was an Arctic Cruise but the still had bellyflop contest dont forget to play Bingo with multiple announcements per day Some of the crappest entertainment that I have seen in 15 cruises , from the singers to the shows in the theatre Voyager did lose a lot of crew on the Arctic TA because of visa problems but service was terrible, staff was blaming each other for problems and on the last night on Royal they leave out tip envelopes on your bed, so tacky Celebrity is not perfect , it is just better in cruises after the restart Think Caddy versus Chevy
  11. That would be great , I would love to more tables and chairs would great if they are higher seats , I find most seats to low 😁
  12. On our TA in April , the ship was at about 60% filled but the retreat was 100% sold out if you want a suite you need to pay
  13. Never seen a larger robe 😁
  14. Usually in November, but it depends on Celebrity IT department can get their act together 😁
  15. TAs are just best value for your dollar , that is one the reason I do them I think you are over thinking one problem is Celebrity is making cruising a class system again with a retreat area
  16. Most longer cruise you don’t find many children on them our Arctic TA on RCL Voyager of the Seas had only about 10 children out of 2200 passengers
  17. T-mobile has no system in Canada , it piggybacks off One of the Canadian providers if is a good signal it probably working with Bell as is usually better than Rogers in rural Ontario
  18. we done a 14 day TA on Celebrity and 21 day Baltic & Arctic TA on Royal Biggest difference is lack of staff and the amount of untrained staff and the famous supply issues best part the ships were only about 60% filled on Royal there was a big changeover of staff as a lot of crew could not get US visas
  19. The free test we received from the Ontario government are made BTNX , each box has 5 test and have a shelf life of 2 years We used them to get Video testing to get on a cruise ship
  20. We used https://lifecenters.ca/ when we were in Copenhagen and used the self test our government is handing out it was $25 for two people and had the certificate in my inbox in 5 mins
  21. They should just include gratuity in the base price of the cruise
  22. ? 🤔 Doesn’t look consistent to me lower class increase is 13% upper class increase is 12.5% Suite increase is 10.5%
