Hi everyone, if everything goes according to plan, we'll be boarding Encore in Athens in a few weeks. Can anyone advise what kind of promotions Seabourn offers for booking an expedition while on board? I'd like to book Venture or Pursuit and hoping for a good incentive to do so while we're on board. Thank you.

I'm sure this has been asked, but I can't find the answer. We're traveling with another couple. Is each couple entitled to a reservation in TK, or do the four of us only get "one" if we want to dine together. Thank you!

Thank you for the details!

The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne is a very nice option. Stayed two nights after a cruise [through Regent] and was most pleased by every aspect of the stay.
Stayed there a few years ago and really enjoyed the resort, but it's sold out when we'll be in town. It was a great property.

We booked in December for a Splendor sailing next week (March 17). I've been watching Miami hotel rates since then as I have been wanting to stay at the Surf Club and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity. A "city view room" is listed at $5100/night! So much for that idea. The rates overall just seem crazy even for the high season.
Ended up booking the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour using Marriott points, so now looking forward to trying it for a night.

Does anyone have recent experience with the cost of adding one device? I understand one is included (in F1) and you can alternate devices, but I'd like to know the charge for allowing two simultaneous connections. I searched but couldn't find the answer. Thanks everyone!

We are celebrating an anniversary on Splendor in March. Does anyone know if Krug is a paid option, or have a photo of that part of the wine list?

Thank you @Turtles06

I'm paranoid because when we travelled to the BVI in August, the test had to be PCR (results took about 48 hours). So just to be clear, a rapid test is acceptable for the Celebrity requirement within two days of embarkation...is that right?

Well I suppose that is why our "Independence Day Short Break" disappeared from the website. We heard from the travel agent that the payment was deferred, so hopefully they'll say something more in the next week or two. Turning my attention to 2022...

This was taken in February 2020. Hope it helps.
Thank you so much. This was fun to watch, and I also enjoyed your video about Belmond La Samanna. We plan to stay there ahead of Odyssey next year.

Thanks so much @Qld13

While we all wait to get back on board, I'm wondering if any recent Odyssey cruisers have taken some cabin photos. I'm particularly interested in seeing the changes introduced during the last dry dock. Seabourn posted a photo or two of Seabourn Square and the Observation Bar, but not much else.
Feeling optimistic and booked on Odyssey again for next year. Thanks!

We're on the same sailing as you (June 29) and hoping a few weeks will make things much clearer.

What Dr Fauci said on Meet the Press is “If you have an underlying medical condition, don’t get on a cruise ship”. Let’s not create more hysteria than is already out there.
My point is that such comments are likely to influence how companies respond. I do not believe his comments are likely to cause hysteria, and have found him to be among the most reliable of the officials tasked with speaking about the situation.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, appeared on "Meet the Press" today and said “When I say protect, I mean right now. Not wait until things get worse. Say no large crowds, no long trips. And above all, don't get on a cruise ship.”
I wonder how such comments will impact Cunard's thinking and their policy.

Does anyone know if there is a way to purchase the logo items when not on board? There was a nice half-zip when we were on Encore two weeks ago, but they only had it in XS and XXL.

Thanks @vtcruising for your help...looks like a nice menu.

I had been planning to book some speciality reservations on Reflection, and noticed that the Murano had no availability on Christmas Eve. It re-appeared a few days later as "Murano Christmas Eve" for $119, but there are no details. Has anyone tried this in the past? I'm curious what's offered for the holiday dinner (and higher price).

My guess would be that this is for the new film "Let Them All Talk" which Soderbergh is filming with Meryl Streep.

There is an article posted on the Club site with details:

Thanks you, proggieus. If it's 2x odds, I'll probably be walking past the table.

Thanks for taking the time to write this up...I found it very interesting.
I couldn't agree more on the technology comparison. I'll be on Celebrity in December for the first time in several years, and I'm already impressed by their iOS app and the digital experience so far. It's been fun to play with and I can't wait to see how it functions on board.
Cunard, by comparison, has an abysmal website and no app. I realize the different audiences have different expectations, but I hope to see Cunard make some effort in the space in the next few years and at least keep up.

Question on prestige select beverage package
in Oceania Cruises
Posted
Is there any advantage to upgrading the package in advance, or just as easy on board?
