Just goggle the cruise you are looking for. Can't say any names but sometimes those club stores (no names mentioned) offer deals.

How do you guys find TA where you get such great deals? I have used 2 (local not online) in the past and got the same exact thing I could book for myself. I would love to have someone I can be loyal to but so far mostly just book online myself.

We did our first and last cruise on the Lirca many many yrs ago

Got a great deal on a 10 day southern out of FLL.

Ship was beautiful. . The non officers were great

Did I mention the ship was spotless

The food was really beyond horrible.. back then no buffet on formal night

We end up buying pb&j at a port and other snacks

Lost 11 lbs.. now I'm very petite too

The officers were rude... speak to you like a child in Italian and laugh

Did I saw the ship was spotless

The islands were beautful... the bar tender was nice. . He gave us extra peanuts and chips

When we order a drink

But the ship was spotless. Lol

Never thought seeing McDonald's would make me happy and don't even like them

As any ship they all have their pros and cons.. but I am sticking with RCCL and

Other non European fleets

I too would rather park at the pier for the few extra dollars.

Radisson's Hotel offers parking with free shuttle.

Prior to cruising, or going out of the country my dr always gives me antibiotics, phenergan, and etc just in case.. he recommends this.

only had to use it one time.. (beats going to the ship dr..)

** if people just wash their hands, wash their hands... (we carry small hand sanitizers too)

Came in handy last week too.. and didn't have to go back to the dr.

Well I switched over... as "Bob" stated it has to be within so many days..

The "TA" said most of her clients books directly with the cruise line and then switch it over esp. if there are OBC's.

Just wish the other line was as easy...

Totally agree.

Booked a cruise and decided this other line had a better deal.. Cancel but they applied it to my Bermuda one..

I don't know why everyone is hung up on cancellation fees. If it's a cruise you really want to take, the chance of cancellation is probably slim. I've booked 44 cruises through several online agencies, and probably gained well over $10,000 in perks that I wouldn't have received from the cruise line, and cancelled 0. If the time comes when I have to cancel one and pay the fee, I'm still way ahead of the game.

My husband wallet fall out of his pants in the Windjammer... a couple told us that some lady found it and was bringing it to guest service.. went to guest service and yes the wallet was there with all the money, cc and etc.

We try to give the lady a reward and she said "no" I believe in krama.

We were on the Jewel a few moons ago in Fort Lauderdale.. She is a beautiful ship too.

We sailed out of San Juan a few times... but its nice to hear other experience and shore excursions as well

Following.... taking hubby on the Jewel in Dec... for his 70th bday..

Always look for a 4J cabin.. Had a friend do a cove once... saw my 4J and she liked it much better than her's.

It's like your own balcony. Order breakfast in the morning take it out there and enjoy.

We were on a cruise last yr and this family asked us if we wanted their chairs... Yes

We sat there for a couple of hrs when these "creeps" came up to us and told us that "these are our chairs" we had them since the am

Wanted to know where their "towels" were? Those "towels" are costing them $$ Good that is what you get for being so stupid.

First we did NOT take your "towels" we have our own "personal towels" (easier to find my chair if I get lost..lol)

second you have no idea who sat here before us. Third stop hogging chairs !!!

They carried on ... but away from us.. talking to their friends and pointing their fingers at us... (grandma said when you point a finger at one

you point three back at yourself.)

Sad that this happens.... but it happens on all the cruise lines too.

And if you have Dish for your TV there is Dish Anywhere you can download most anything from your DVR onto a device. We purchased an older iPad years ago just for that purpose it is a 64GB as that was the largest at that time.

We just got off a 10 day Panama Canal cruise with Princess... they had built in dvd movies on the tv's

So many too choice from.. along with "series shows" some repeats but again

I like to unwind after a long day watching tv and it helps me fall asleep.. lol

We are definitely not night owls. Sometimes we are that exhausted, we can be in bed by 9.30pm. It's also nice to chill out sometimes during the day. There's only so much trivia I'm able to do before my head explodes.:eek:

Glad we are not the only ones that like to sit in our cabins relaxing with a good movie

Being with my husband and son.. we have so much fun together (even at home)

The laughter, the excitement of 2 grown man when I "surprise" them with something special ...

Love dressing up and going to eat in the main dining room or buffet (being a dementia and hospice nurse... I live in scrubs)

but most important ... who wouldn't want to cruise?? those who complain should walk a mile in one of my many clients shoes and they will no longer complain (might though)

I believe it went up to 24.95 plus...

We did do the package.. just for fun $199.00 unlimited (so we took advantaged of this too)

Every night "we" had our own "theme"

besides the formal night (we did NFL (patriots..) nascar and so on.

Had so much fun doing this (nothing like family fun time together too with memories forever)

and other guest were asking us "what is tomorrow night?"

Even the photo staff asked us to come back to them the next night. lol
