When will the 2nd half of 2020 be available?

In Nov2015, my husband and I traveled with Ama Waterways. We started in Hanoi, did Ha lang Bay, Cambodia and finished in saigon. It was a land/river cruise. It was fantastic. Highly recommend. The experiences we encountered were so different, things we wouldn't have done on our own.

We bring magnets and some clothesline. Walls on both ocean/river cruises can accommodate the magnets. Clothes dry faster in room vs bathroom

We did this trip with AMA in 2015. fantastic trip. Loved all the different experiences. Started in Hanoi. Great fellow passenger too.

you will like this cruise. The staff on the Osfrid are amazing and sooo funny.

When we did this cruise in 2012, we were advised to do Budapest to Amsterdam. Was told weather traveled with you in this direction. Having no experience with weather forcasting, don't know if this is true

Despite cool and rainy weather, we are enjoying our trip. The staff on Osfrid is bending over backwards to provide whatever they can.

New in 2018, a 15 E pp is charged to shipboard account. No longer have to tip in cash. This charge is shared among the onboard staff including program director, waitstaff, stateroom attendant, bus driver.

Local guides are tipped at the end of of each tour 2E pp

On this cruise now, will let you know within a day or two.

My only advice is if you do decide to do Sintra,get your tickets online. The lines can be long, especially the later you go in the day.

I think it is more of any issue of the boat being small. We love river cruising and end up meeting most of the people in board for that reason. Hope you enjoy your cruise.

We are actually leaving for our Viking Douro tour today. This information is very interesting. We are going early and spending 5 1/2 days in lisbon before we join Viking there. I want to go to Sintra, Fatima and Caicais too.

we will spend 3 days in Porto and fly to Madrid for 3days before heading home.

Would suggest getting tickets on line for Belem tower(if visiting inside) as well as monestary. Lines are long to purchase tickets. Online tickets good for a year. With tickets in hand, you walk right in, but may have to wade through line to do so.

I'm doing the Douro with Viking June 2nd. Looking forward to this itinerary.

We did Viking Elbe in Sept 2016. We started in Prague and went 3days earlier. We rented a vbro apartment. We usually ate breakfast in but chose to eat all our meals out. We did the same for Berlin. Most of the attractions in Berlin are free. Save at least 1 day for the museums.

Doing it on your own is way cheaper.

I buy Medjet because of you read fine print of most others policies, it states evacuation permitted only if ins company believes your medical needs can not be served by hospital you are in. Of course one has to b medically stable to b transported

First time as diamond. Does one too nightly or wait mid week or at end of cruise. Also how much of a tip?

We are going at the beginning of June. Most people enjoy the fall because of the harvesting of grapes. From what I understand the scenery is different each season. If I remember correctly we picked that time of year based upon the temperature.
