Does the $44 include the 18% grat? which brings you a total of $52... which isnt bad seeing normal price is $54 plus grat... If D+ or painicle wait til on ship to purchase..

I've done the hold em finals. No it wasn't free when all said and done but was still enjoyable to go. Casino did host a couple events and have some unique souvenirs. Would do it again...

I see you're a D+. Do you have 350 or higher Nights? If so book your self in a room and your solo person with your spouse. once on board switch rooms thru guest relations. You get double points and save your solo person some $..

Been in text with him all night... I have a copy of the actual sop different from the one i posted yesterday. Shows all pkgs and is for top 4 tiers. Loyalty ambassadors all should have a copy.

A friend who just boarded the Brilliance says that they have the reported drink package discounts for different levels of C&A.

I'm Diamond and usually can choose from either lounge since we cruise most often in a GS. That said, I'd be thrilled with a beverage package discount since that would allow me to get my choice of drink from any bar on the ship. I enjoyed the CL on the Serenade and the SL on the Oasis, but I've never been a fan of the "interior cabin" Concierge Lounges on the Voyager class ships. There are many MUCH nicer places on those ships to relax with a cocktail! I thought the new Diamond Lounges on the Mariner and Navigator were nice, but in the evenings the chairs were filled with people who came in when Happy Hour started and didn't leave until it ended. Is that chair hogging?:D;):p

 

I've been on 2 Celebrity cruises -- an 11 night and a 12 night. We only visited the Elite Happy Hour once, and that was just to check it out since we'd never been. We far preferred to visit the Martini Bar or one of the other interesting bars and use our Premium Beverage Package. Maybe if Royal's beverage packages weren't so freakishly expensive or offered as a perk more people would purchase them and it would help alleviate crowding in the lounges.

I've read very few reports of the C&A discounts on drink packages. I think that it has only been trusted on a few and is not fleet wide. I do hope that it us done thing that they eventually roll out to all ships.

came out as fleet wide memo. some BV managers not sharing as of yet.

No mention of discounted drink pkg? It is now on all ships just not advertised. 50% off for pins 40% off for D+ and 30% for D's. With that I don't need lounges to camp at.

Currently on Allure, yesterday two "gentlemen" got

irate at the wipeout cafe because there was no salsa for their eggs. One of these buttheads actually slammed his plate of eggs down on the counter. They both treated the worker very badly, makes me embarrassed to be from the same country as these two. No wonder a good part of the world dislikes us.

Sure they were from the US?

Never waited longer than 10 minutes to board in TPA.. unless your getting there before 11:30 am...

Yes, the Diamond Lounge is still up top adjacent to the VCL. I believe the only other big change was converting Portofinos to Giovanni's.
