Also, don't leave it on the balcony unattended as it may blow away and cause a hazard.

Princess is great at using Refundable OBC first. But be careful when you return something, such as dinner in a speciality restaurant. You won't get the cash returned. It's confusing.

There was always a special item cooked in the CC dining area. It was consistently excellent. On the second formal night when I wore my white dinner jacket I offered to cook for the head waiter so he could take a break. He said he could handle in. My wife has a picture for any doubting Thomases.

Without us having to ask, we received two bottles of water every day on our last two cruises which were on the Caribbean Princess and Emerald Princess.
Interesting. Always exchanged the mini bar contents for our choices and ordered a case of water to drink pre-cruise. Never used Princess water.

I just this week closed my Princess Visa because it is so convoluted to redeem. I redeemed what I could and said good bye to them. I opened a better Visa which gives me 5% on travel as well as restaurants and travel related charges from a big box company. If Princess chooses to simplify their Visa I would consider going back to their card.
Be careful using a credit card based on percent back. Your points may be worth less when redeeming them. I got burned by this.

Bar Harbour charges a tax😧

The B and D decks have a covered balcony and a minimal problem. C, not so much.

At the Elite party there were lots of horses dovers. They finally had to throw us out.

Never bought a beverage package. Happy Hour at the Wheelhouse Bar makes it a losing proposition. The dining room will always bring you more ice.

Never had time to turn the TV on....

I hate to. Sound elitist but if you are in a suite, pool towels are in your stateroom.

When we started sailing on Celebrity, you could get Elite on 4 cruises. It was worth it! Now, not so much.

Won't use the package again. Could only go to Zmurano once and they Had to use the Luminae Headwaiter to get the reservations I wanted.

Must agree Rosey was wonderful. I hate to say it but maybe Celebrity just burned her out. She was everywhere, all the time.

We got Elite coupons for our use. But I don't think anyone counted.

Michael's Club is the greatest. We would stop by on the way back to the cabin in the afternoon for a drink ( and how much Mcallen Scotch would you like in your glass, sir?) and then take one with us!

Just give off the Crown. Never any laundry on the last 3 days of a cruise. Once it was back same day service at no charge.
-
Interesting. I thought Princess didn't do this. I've seen Full Suites empty on past cruises.

Are we talking about the Embarkation/Debarkation Lounge or the $5.00 n Snack Evening Lounge?
It's now a $6.50 snack lounge. We never went to it. I hope I'm not stepping on toes but where did they find those drink names?

Seem to be the coming trend. Just returned from an 11 day Canada to NYC and no port lecturers, in fact not even the navigators talk.
-
Just returned from a Quebec to NYC cruise. You till change time zones between Bar Harbour and St John to go to Atlantic Time. And change back for Quebec.

Thanks to all! Great thread.

Called Princess about this very problem. They have assured me that if I chose TD, I will have the option of going to CC dining as I chose. They compared it to going to Specialty Dining while having an assigned dining room. Doesn't make sense to me. Will return after the cruise with answers.

Aft balconies on B and D decks are almost completely covered. We were on B deck for 3 weeks last spring and the soot was a non issue. I am thinking that I only noticed light soot one morning. I suspect the more open decks may have more of a problem.

Tell your waiter what's going on they will accommodate you. It may involve skipping a course but it can be done.
