She was able to hustle to Freeport at 17 knots so I doubt there is any engine damage. BTW, it is bookable for June 11th and later.....just sayin 🤔

The exhaust/funnel system will be basically the same for straight diesel or diesel/LPG. LPG still needs diesel to start the engine and when running but only then as a kind of spark plug....LPG will not run on its own. The FEC railroad have a twin engine setup with an LPG tank in the middle. It hauls full length trains easy and with no smoke.

I think you will be cruising on the Freedom in July, should be a quick patch up job.

No because there was no time to plan and they just need to get her back out and earning again. I think it will be back in service late June, possibly in a couple of weeks with a short straight stack.
