Capt. Kate didn't do a captain's log today. I wonder if that means she is too busy getting ready to leave on her rotation off? I kind of looked forward to her daily posting.

They are both benzodiazepams. However, they do have different chemical structure and you may be metabolizing the two drugs differently. Possibly, you might do better with a different benzo. You should talk to your doctor as you shouldn't have to lose a few hours of the morning.

I'm sure it would have health benefits especially with the food supply chain in the U.S. but for me it is totally a moral issue.
