We are on the July 30th Liberty of the seas in a Grand Suite. I have heard that you are suppose to receive an email from the concierge to welcome us and ask if we need anything. We want to book a cabana at bear foot beach in Labadee. As of yet we haven't heard from him. Does anyone know when we could expect this email?

We will be sailing on Liberty of the Seas on July 30 and we got $300 OBC from RCL and $100 from TA and also $150 from RCL credit cards. My question is where do I look online to see if I actually have it. I looked everywhere and don't s we it.

My DW and myself will be in a grand suite on the liberty of the seas on July 30th sailing. I heard that we can get room service off the menu from the MDR. Being we are on vacation we don't want to get dressed up, my question is can we order on the second formal night the lobster in our room?

Did you park your car in Bayonne? How was traffic getting into the pier? Did you drop your luggage off first and then park your car? Two years ago it took us forever to get in pier and park. We are going at the end of July and was just wondering how it is with the new terminal.

You go on Amazon and get plastic luggage tags. You put the paper tags inside the plastic tags and attach to your luggage. These can be used again, just take the paper tags out and put new paper tags inside. They are very good, I have a set now for four years already.

Question about parking at Bayonne at port liberty. I remember a few years ago it took forever to get into pier to drop off luggage. Was wondering with new terminal is it easier to drop off luggage and then park the car. We plan on arriving around 10:30

I always book with TA. You get the same price as on line with cruise line, but TA gives extra OBC.

Not really, I was on RCL and had my time dining and never got to eat at the time I wanted. With NCL I never had a problem eating when I wanted. Also the dress code for NCL is casual, you don't have to dress up for dinner.

We were in the BA forward facing penthouse suite last July. Didn't have the same experience you did. We never received a pre cruise letter nor did we received luggage tags. Embarkment was very good, no waiting. Saw our butler only once, our coffee machine was not working. So he brought us another one that didn't work either. Never got another one all week. The concierge Andre was very good. Would do anything for you. The haven courtyard was very good and quite. We even brought our grandson to the courtyard even thought he wasn't in haven suite. Andre said what he doesn't see he can't say anything.
We did love the suite and haven experience even though we didn't get the full haven treatment.

When I was on breakaway rock of ages show times were 6:30 and 9:30, they played it on two days

The butler can take care of all your dinning needs. He also brings you a treat everyday around 4 pm. The concierge will make revelations for you for the shows. The concierge is your best friend on board, anything you need ask him and he will do it for you. I only saw our butler once during the cruise.

I was in a forward suite on deck 9 this summer. Didn't feel any motion, of course we had calm seas.

You are going to love this suite. It has table with 4 chairs in dining area, couch and chair and big screen TV in living room, alone with coffee machine. Bedroom has king size bed and TV. Each room gas CD player. Bathroom is big, separate shower with 6 shower heads.

Only thing is you have to go up to haven courtyard to use pool and lounge chairs, and Haven Restaurant.

Oh yeah, balcony is small in room.

You are going to live it, have a great cruise.

I was in the Haven fwd penthouse and it's great. You have a seperate eating area and a living room. Then the bedroom with king size bed. Plenty of storage space. Yes the balcony is small but you will enjoy it. The Haven courtyard is great. Have fun.
