Go up 55th st and it takes you right into terminal. Stay right up ramp to parking. Pay at booth pull up and dog will sniff you car. Then go a few feet to elevator, take luggage out of car. Then park car and take luggage in elevator. Once doors open give luggage to porters and go through security. Then check in.

The Haven perks start at check in at the pier. You bypass all the lines to check in. After check in you go to small lounge in pier with drinks and goodies. When ship is ready for boarding, you are first on escorted to haven lounge. You then get sliders and drinks and small briefing of what you get.
Other perks are concierge and butler. Concierge will get you reservations to any restaurant or shows you want. They got me in specially restaurants that told me they were full. You get special seating to all shows. You can even book excursions with them and avoid the lines. At he end of the cruise they take you off the ship first.
The butler will get you anything you need in your room. They will serve you breakfast in your room, also dinner if you want. You get afternoon snacks served everyday around 4pm. If you want something special just ask them.
Tipping depends how much you use them. We had breakfast twice and some small request, so I tipped my butler $100. I also tipped $100 to the concierge.

We had the aft on breakaway last year and it's great. The balcony was huge. Had breakfast on balcony three days. Butler sets it up and on table with table cloth. It's real cool having breakfast outside. Didn't mind walk to Haven courtyard either. Also the aft penthouse is a much bigger and nicer room then courtyard rooms. You have separate bedroom, living room and small dinette area with table. Also two bathrooms. Your going to love it.

We had Romona and she was excellent. Always had a smile and would do anything for you. She was fantastic and prompt with all the meals we wanted in the room.
Anoop was excellent to. I felt he went out of his way to get what we wanted. We asked him for shows and meals at the last minute and he made it happen.

As long as you have points on your credit card before you cruise, you can call and get OBC. I paid for my cruise and cashed in for OBC. Then I paid for my don with the card and cashed that in for more OBC a week before the cruise.

You may never get an upsell call. But if you want to upsell, wait till you are about two weeks out. Call and see if you can get one. If they say none are available call again in a few days. If you tell them what you want, as in a Haven, they usually will give you a quote. We always got one.

I had the lobster tail on the Breakaway in the Ocean Blue Restaurant and it was the worst lobster tail I've ever had. It was small too. I've had lobster on NCL in the past in MDR and they were very good.

Yes you can order room service from any specialty restaurant. I would give heads up to your butler and they will bring you menu from that restaurant.
You can order hot breakfast the night before to your butler and they will set it up on your balcony.
Anything good that you want just let your butler know and they will get it for you.
You tip the butler at the end of the cruise, not after every meal.
If you want to see a show let the concierge know and they will make reservations for you. They will even escort you to your seats for the show.

Was in that room (11308) in August. Your going to love it. Balcony is huge. Our butler was Romona. She was great. Had breakfast on balcony a few times. Your going to love the room. You can go on the balcony from the living room or from your bedroom. And the second little bathroom comes In handy too.

We had both the aft suite and our butler was always there. She was terrific. We also had the forward suite and never saw our butler. The aft suite us great with a big balcony, the only thing is, it's s long walk to the haven courtyard

Was on breakaway in August and my grandson and cousin (both 11 years old) sleep on pull away couch in living room and was big enough. Don think two 18 year olds can. And as far as air mattress, I'm not sure it will fit between bed and cabinets.

We had an over the water cabana at bear foot beach. It was great. We booked it two weeks prior to our sailing through the concierge. The cabana next to us had ten people in it. So I guess 9 will be ok. You also get a cabana boy that gets you drinks.

There will or should be a card in your state room showing OBC from TA. You will also see it on your account on your TV

We used our butler for breakfast three times and dinner once. We also told her what we loved and she brought that up everyday along with the usual stuff you get everyday around 4 pm. We tipped our butler at the end of the cruise.

If your part of the haven it doesn't matter what time you arrive. But I wouldn't get there earlier then 11am. You will go threw security then to haven check in. After showing edocs and ID get your picture taken, they will escort you on ship to haven lounge. This usually takes place around 11:30am.

Was on that beach last week. You do need water shoes as there are a lot of rocks in the water. It's not as nice as most of the other beaches. And if you like waves, this is not the beach for you. It's good enough to go in water and cool off.

The butler also brings you snacks everyday around 4pm. If you want something special, just ask the butler and they will bring you your snacks and the extra snack you want. Your going to love the haven. The concierge will help you with any shows or dinner reservations you want.

I agree with Vince, the Aft penthouse would be better. We had both and the Aft. Is much better. We had two kids sleep in the living room bed. The used the second bathroom and we used the main bathroom that has a bathtub. And the balcony is huge, ours was 259 Sq ft. Bigger then most rooms on the ship. The forward facing penthouse has a tiny balcony and one bathroom.
