    Thank you for indicating it is unsafe. As to private transfers are there suggestions? Or are there recommendations for hotels that are safe and have shuttle service from a cruise ship to the hotel? Do they have Uber and is it safe? Should we work with a hotel and have them arrange the transportation? Thanks.
