  1. They are having IT issues (shocker!). Yesterday I was checking my App and my account online for my June cruise and Payment Status had a negative number and a few other things were missing. Called, spoke to IT, sent them a screen shot and they "will forward to IT manager". Today, my Payment Status is "Completed", but now it shows cruise starting from our 2nd port.
  2. I did a family cruise last year with 9 people. One of us upon boarding went to the dining room and spoke to the hostess and she ended up putting all of us at a 10 top but at a fixed dining time for the entire cruise. It worked out fine.
  3. I was scheduled for the Sun doing Japan Nov 2024, but it was taken over by a charter. NCL sent an email last month stating that they were switching ships (to the Spirit) but the itinerary would be the same and I should see a revised confirmation 7/15/23. When that didn't happen I figured something was up. I've already booked a different cruise for that time period now since I don't see the Japan cruise going at all at this point.
  4. Was there 2 weeks ago on Jade and taxi brought us directly to terminal (just tell them which terminal number from your documents)
