    We just booked a cruise and got 2 cabins across the hall. I didn’t know that you could book the kids in their own room so we have an adult with each kid in each room. We plan to sleep with the adults in one room and the kids in the other. Mine are 13 and 11. Both dh and I will want to be able to open both rooms and we’d like for the kids to be able to open their room. How does this work?

    Is there any issue with my 13yo son wearing shorts for dinner? He doesn’t have any dressy clothes at all but before I drag him shopping I wanted to check first. He does have athletic pants. Our last carnival cruise was in 2016. We last sailed Royal Caribbean in 2018. Not sure how much things have changed.

    Do we need to bring the vaccine cards with us? Dh and I recently had Covid but we used the over the counter tests. I’m assuming there’s no way to get a testing exemption for this?
